What even is this Zaba smart card management thing? Where am I supposed to find it?

I'm trying to get my banking app set up on my laptop and it's being a total pain. I already downloaded everything I thought I needed... Java, Chrome, SafeNet authentication, Active Client, Signergy... the whole works.

Anyone know what else I'm missing?

Been messing around with this for an hour now. Honestly, I was hoping to avoid calling their customer support line...😵

Look, Chase’s online portal isn't quite the same thing as their mobile app. It's a different beast entirely.
With the web version, you just use your browser—you can head straight to this link:
https://www.chase.com/online-banking

You'd only be installing those programs if you were using a business account.

Has anyone gone through the pre-approved loan process via JPMorgan Chase's online banking? Do they actually run a check with the Red Cross?

If you're messy with your credit score at the Federal Reserve, don't expect them to offer you those pre-approved loans.

Does m-bank have access to the NYSE???
I know they have access to the global market, but their website doesn't mention anything about trading on the NYSE.

Getting through to e/m is a nightmare. Half the Chase website is displaying in Japanese and their customer service line is just dead air.

I haven't seen anything from the Japanese users yet, but Chase just posted this 14 minutes ago:
If you’re having trouble logging into the mobile app or online banking, don't panic. We're working hard to fix the issues, and you'll be able to access our digital services again shortly.

They're in deep trouble now; everything just collapsed. I don't know if it's linked to that new app they've been hyping up for weeks... Hopefully, they get things back online soon. It's irritating enough.
