Ever since that Java update a few days ago, I can't even get into eSalary. Every time I try to enter my PIN, the whole thing just freezes up and crashes Java. I'm running Mozilla. Also, quick question—is anyone else getting that "applet failed to load" error every single time they log in? Everything is installed perfectly on my end, yet it keeps happening.

Everything is working perfectly fine on my end, and now you guys are making me look like the crazy one. 🤔
I was paying off all my utility bills just two or three days ago and every single transaction went through without a hitch—no error messages, no alerts, nothing. 🤔

Alright, it's working now after I reinstalled Java, but I've still got this weird error saying my app didn't load, even though I can log in just fine.

The exact same thing happened to me today. And honestly, it wasn't just a one-time glitch; it happens every single time I attempt to access my JP Morgan Chase account. It took me an entire hour just to pay one solitary bill! An absolute hour!
I probably would have spent less energy walking all the way down to a local branch, standing in an endless line, and trekking back home! 🙂

In case anyone actually important is lurking here—JP Morgan Chase has hands down been the most infuriating online banking experience I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

p.s. I'm not even looking for solutions here, I just needed to vent. 😁

I honestly can't wrap my head around how JP Morgan Chase handles business banking. Why on earth is there no other way to log in besides using that crappy USB stick? 😠 Other banks have actual decent options—like a physical token, a mobile app, or some other clever tech they could've come up with—so I can just go to the site and log in directly without all this extra hardware. With this setup, if I take that useless USB to a different computer, it’s a total nightmare. Dealing with compatibility issues, messing with Java settings, restarting the damn PC... it's just too much. 🙂
I don't really have anything intelligent to contribute here, so I'm just dumping my frustrations. 🙂 🤦😵

well, you could always just use the mobile token option...

Nah, I asked their support if there was any way to do it just with an m-token instead of a USB one, and they said no. Not an option for business accounts.

Can anyone help me out here?

So, I was using online banking and ended up buying some service on a website. I punched in all my card details and had to authorize everything through the mobile app...
What I didn't realize was that I’d accidentally signed up for a recurring subscription. I just noticed it on their site, and even worse, they already pulled the funds for this month without any warning. Now the site is telling me—get this—that if I want to cancel, I have to actually fax a physical piece of paper to their office. That sounds like a total headache, so I’m trying to figure out how to just kill the authorization directly through my online banking at JP Morgan Chase
Does anyone know how to stop this???

And just what kind of subscription did you sign up for—and on which website exactly?

Your bank isn't going to step in and just cancel this for you—it doesn't work like that. You have to deal with the service provider directly, just like you did when you signed up. If you’re claiming it’s "too complicated" now, but somehow it wasn't a problem to pick the plan, swipe your card, enter all your info, and verify your Mac, then you can just keep paying the bill. It's pretty simple, really.

So, I signed up for a single month on e-spajalica.com, thinking it was just a one-off thing... turns out they’ve got me on a recurring subscription I didn't ask for.
Basically, I entered my card info, got redirected to the JP Morgan Chase 3D secure page—just like you see here http://postimg.org/image/huici916p/—and confirmed everything with apply1.

The problem is, trying to cancel this thing on their site is a total nightmare. It's not intuitive at all. They actually want me to mail a physical faxed cancellation form to some office they have over in the UK or something... ridiculous. And if I don't jump through those hoops, they won't even let me delete my profile. Honestly, at this point, I'm just going to call JP Morgan Chase and have them block the charge entirely.

You can't just tell a bank to block something on a whim. You actually have to follow their specific procedure. It’s basically the same as signing a contract for a monthly streaming subscription and then demanding that JP Morgan Chase just cancels it mid-stream... or buying an oversized T-shirt and expecting JP Morgan Chase to swap it out for you without any hassle.

Just go through the motions they're asking for—and honestly, from now on, stop blindly clicking "OK" on every prompt. Actually read what you're agreeing to before you commit.

See if you can email them a photo or a scan of your cancellation notice instead of dealing with a physical fax; that might be a bit easier. You could also just use an online fax service to save yourself a trip to the post office.

Why not just cancel the card entirely? Like, just report it lost or stolen and call it a day. Then the bank sends you a fresh one with new numbers... and those guys you’re subscribed to? They’ll be left holding nothing but useless data from a dead card

Online payments in America used to be a headache, but now they’ve actually managed to make them worse.
Basically, they did some redesign on the site, and since the payment process was already unnecessarily messy and confusing, it’s now just a total disaster.

It used to be that all the payment fields were visible right there on one screen. Now? They’ve stretched everything out vertically, so you have to keep scrolling down just to fill everything out.
They basically just dragged everything downward, leaving these huge, illogical gaps between items. It feels pretty silly, honestly.
And I don't see the point, because the font size is still tiny.
The actual layout of the fields is just a complete mess.
Before, everything was laid out like a standard American bank check—payer info at the top left, amount at the top right, account number underneath... simple stuff.
Now, the arrangement is so jumbled up that I can't help but wonder what they were thinking when they designed this.
To top it all off, they tried to separate the sections with tables, but they used this light gray color on a white background that makes the lines practically invisible.
So now, it looks like all the different fields are just floating randomly across the page.
It honestly looks like a half-loaded HTML page that crashed.
Just catastrophic design.
But wait, there's more. Every few transactions, an ad for "e-billing" sneakily pops up at the bottom of the page. If you aren't paying attention and just click to continue, you end up signing up for a service you didn't even want.
And that ad keeps popping up CONSTANTLY, no matter how many times you click "No thanks."

Chase, please, get your act together and fix this mess.

I was just trying to settle some bills when I looked down at my security token and saw eight zeros followed by a 'lock new pin conf' message.
No one else has had access to the device—it’s been sitting right here out of reach—and I definitely haven't messed up my PIN three times in a row.
What kind of glitch is this?
Just to be clear, the Chase app on my tablet is working perfectly fine.

Is anyone else having a hard time logging into the IRS portal? 🙂 🙂

I enter my token number and PIN... and then it just spins... and spins... "please wait a moment"... which has been going on for about ten minutes now, and that’s already my second attempt...

I've cleared my cookies, wiped the browser history... nothing works.
I sent them an email about half an hour ago—no response yet.

🙂🙂🙂🙂

Is anyone else having a bit of a struggle trying to log into the IRS portal right now? It feels like a total coin toss because even if I finally manage to get the webpage to load on my laptop, the mobile app just refuses to cooperate, or if the app actually works, the website won't budge at all. Has anyone else run into this weird little glitch where one works but the other doesn't, or is it just me stuck in this digital limbo today?

Is there any way to get a clearer view of my deposits and withdrawals broken down by month or year—maybe through a graph or something similar? Right now, the only way I can track everything is by scrolling through this massive table where every single transaction is just listed one after another.

I’m trying to wire some funds abroad using my banking app, but I’ve hit a wall. Every single time I select the ‘international transfer’ option, the system demands an m-token authentication. So, I go through the motions, verify everything, and... nothing happens. It just resets.
