Not that I'm an expert or anything... but if I remember right, you just gotta look at the total number of invoices, right?

My apologies if this question has already been asked somewhere in the depths of this forum; I’d be willing to bet it has, though I haven't managed to track it down myself.

So, what specific information does a sender actually need to have on hand to transfer funds into someone else's checking account?

EDIT: And does that include the routing number?

Full name, checking or savings account number, and your bank's name.

claims:
Full name, account number, and the name of your bank.

Meanwhile, I happened to stumble upon some random corner of the internet suggesting that providing a full name isn't actually mandatory. 🤔

Thanks for the quick response.

They aren't required.

Is it actually possible to transfer funds to a checking account via online banking?
I’m trying to deal with Zabi!
The system keeps insisting the account number is incorrect, but I absolutely have to get this money into that specific checking account!
Can I handle this through the web portal, or am I stuck driving down to Chase just to do it in person?

Thanks! 😁

Just like any other transaction.
The account number you're sending money to follows a standard format: a bank code followed by a 10-digit routing and account string.

That’s exactly what I entered, yet the system insisted the account number was incorrect. Since the number is definitely right, it implies this method simply won't work.
There you have it.

I suppose I'll just head down to Chase to handle it in person, though I really wanted to figure out how to do this online for next time. 🙂

Thanks.

If the system tells you the number is wrong, then it’s wrong. Simple as that. Believe the error message.

Does anyone happen to know what the commission looks like when I'm transferring funds from Chase to either Raiffeisen or Erste—specifically moving them into a Raiffeisen account? It's regarding $90
.

It’s $2 online, but if you’re hitting up a teller, expect closer to $6—$3.25depends on which bank you're using, I guess.

Someone just sent me some money via Zelle to my Chase account, so I was wondering if you think it'll actually show up by tomorrow noon?

So here’s the situation: he claims the money was sent, but my account is still showing zero. He sent over some kind of confirmation receipt, but I don't see anything on my end yet. I know it usually takes a few days when you're transferring funds between different banks. Here is the confirmation link. Does anyone know if this receipt actually proves the transfer went through?

1. Why on earth is there a bank listed in the recipient field instead of an actual name?
2. And this authorization number request... anyone else think that's sketchy?
3. Which bank actually holds your account anyway?

This should have hit the account by Tuesday morning since Monday was a federal holiday.
