I’ve been thinking about a suggestion for the admins: what if we had a dedicated sub-forum for things like "Looking for someone"? I think it would actually be pretty useful. A lot of us show up here every single day dealing with that "lonely heart" situation...
Male, 22, 6'1", 185 lbs, green eyes, black hair, looking for a match...
Something like that. You might actually find a match who reaches out via DM, and honestly, it would probably cut down on all those random "I'm so lonely" posts floating around.
Also, since people hang out here daily, it would be cool to have a space to organize meetups for coffee or something. People tell me I’m not the social type, haha...
Maybe this is all just nonsense, but there's at least a 1% chance it could work out well, right?

But honestly, the idea isn't half bad.

I honestly feel like the entire crew from LJS would pack up and move to the USA in a heartbeat—and if they did, C. J. would certainly find herself with a massive amount of work on her plate...😁

You’ve got to start showing up to the local meetups. If you make an appearance, someone is bound to notice you... then, once people start talking you up on the boards, you won't have any trouble getting a date for coffee via DM...😉
