I guess there's a lot to unpack here, if you can even call it that. It’s all pretty messy, isn't it? Just one big, chaotic swirl of things that probably shouldn't be happening the way they are, but here we go. Maybe I'm being too cynical, maybe, but I've seen this movie before. It feels like we're just circling the drain at this point, watching the same old patterns play out under different names. It's exhausting, really. I mean, you look at the way everything is being handled—it's just... yeah. A total mess. I don't know. I guess I'll just sit here and process it, though I'm not sure there's much point in overthinking something that seems so fundamentally broken from the jump. It’s just one of those days, I suppose.
I mean, Hribar laid out exactly what’s going to happen, but honestly? I guess it doesn't really matter to your typical Republican fanatic. They just don't care.
I guess I wonder how he's actually gonna cough up the cash for any potential settlement? Like, seriously... where's that kind of money even coming from? Maybe he's got some secret stash tucked away somewhere, or maybe he's just banking on everything falling through. Who knows. It feels like a massive question mark, honestly. 😉
No, absolutely not. I doubt there's any real chance anyone pays up for damage caused by something that's already ancient history. But even the Republicans couldn't just ignore a lawsuit...

I'm under the impression that for private lawsuits, the statute of limitations actually begins the moment you discover who is truly responsible...

Enough already with all the filmmakers gossiping about morons in some random little country you're supposed to avoid. It’s honestly just doing more damage when people like Boban aren't even affected by this nonsense.

Arson is under Section 215, Paragraph 1—it carries a sentence of six months up to five years. That means the statute of limitations is 15 years. As for...
I've never once heard anyone claim the statute of limitations begins when you discover who's responsible

Technically, it would be treated as a completed criminal act, but my real question is: how likely is it that filmmakers (whether they're local or based in Hollywood) would actually file a lawsuit and go after damages now, especially following a public confession?

I don't know, but common sense suggests that once the statute of limitations on a crime expires, any civil claim for damages that was never filed expires right along with it...

Think about how Jewish groups sue Swiss banks over gold from World War II...
Or how the US government ruled that North Korea must pay billions in reparations for spies captured back in the sixties...
In the end, I imagine this will all likely be settled within the American court system, don't you think?

... unless the Split Court claims jurisdiction first...

Amer can file a lawsuit for just about anything he wants in a US court...
(and honestly, it doesn't even necessarily have to be Amer himself.)

Dark forces are already at work 😈😈😈:
Governor Boban has somehow landed on IMDb as a credited pyrotechnics and effects expert for Omen
If you look at the Trivia section on Omen's IMDb page, there's actually a note claiming Boban told reporters he was the one who organized a fire on set
It’s just Boban’s delusions taken to a whole new level... 🤣
The Governor officially handed over the keys to seven specialized fire trucks

Where on earth has our beloved Parizer disappeared to now that Kradeze is still steering the ship? It honestly feels like we're dealing with an entirely different Kradeze altogether lately.
Messages reveal the truth; did Rimac ask wind farm investors for money to fund the Republican Party? 'I have to close the financial loop.'
The FBI suspects that the former state secretary approached Milenko Bašić at least twice to solicit funds for the party.

There’s nothing new under the sun within the Republican Party... The playbook remains exactly the same, just different shades of the same old story...

It’s honestly exhausting watching the Republican Party go about their business; they spend every single day lining their own pockets at the expense of the taxpayers, but now they’ve actually crossed a line into endangering actual human lives:
According to the latest reports from a local patient association, things have reached a breaking point at the tumor clinic, where it turns out not a single radiologist is even on duty anymore.

I honestly feel like the Republican Party pulls these stunts on purpose—stealing and lying just to keep their voter base hooked.
There's no other way to look at it.
If an actually honest Republican ever showed up (yeah, I know, good luck with that), nobody from their side would even give them the time of day.
It’s like the bigger the crook, the more respect they get.

A kid with Asperger's ended up behind bars just because of some bush and an olive tree getting burned. Then, under circumstances that haven't really been cleared up, he suffered a brain hematoma and passed away.
Hadezeov's big shot, that lifelong Governor, basically torched a movie set and saved the country from Satan! I guess that means he deserves a direct ticket to paradise.

It’s funny how much it bothered those big-shot Catholics that they were filming a movie where Satan is portrayed as evil. It wasn't a film glorifying Satan; it was a film showing that the devil is the devil. I haven't actually seen the movie, just heard about it on CNN...

Meanwhile, the guy who swipes a single sausage from a deli gets thrown straight into the dungeon.
I guess if you carry a Kradeze membership card, they’ll just wash your sins away for a few million—no jail time, no nothing. 🤣

Well, you can't help but get a little emotional when things hit home...
General Krstičević has thrown his full support behind Bobanov’s bid for County Executive: he believes Blaženko is someone who truly lets his actions speak for him, so we should give him the chance to keep driving progress here in California...

Just hand Krsto some matches and a stack of paper, and let him burn down City Hall...
