If it sucks, nobody's going to bother copying it. But even if it ends up being great—maybe even incredible—nobody's likely to replicate it before the 2019 season anyway.

You were too cheap to even drop $150 a year for an iRacing subscription, so you just stuck to the free stuff.

Buying the full iRacing library will run you about $2,000. A decent rig to actually run a sim properly? Another $2,000. A solid wheel setup is probably around $667. Then you’d need a triple monitor setup... plus telemetry software... Get it? You’re just too broke to get serious about sim racing.

It’s honestly such a pleasure reading how you all nitpick every single little detail—and how everyone manages to agree on the fact that they can't agree on anything—even though we haven't even finished a single day of testing yet.

As per usual, there is no point in debating this. It doesn't matter if we're talking about Caster, Camber, toe-in, or toe-out; we are dealing with an utterly incoherent response to Tibi's question, and I don't expect you to grasp why.

If you look at the technical section of the GP1 forums from a few years back, you'll find all the actual answers. You also have your own share of gems there, so perhaps take a trip down memory lane.

Ferrari narrowed the car's profile to ensure they don't run into the same issues they faced in Singapore... 🙂 🙂

At least based on those 2017/2018 side-by-side comparisons you see floating around online...

Before they bumped up the wheelbase by pushing the front axle forward, looking at the car from a head-on angle makes it look like it's been drastically slimmed down...
But if you check out an aerial comparison, there isn't really such a massive narrowing compared to what those front-view shots suggest...
