Has anyone heard of this guy, and does anyone actually know how you're supposed to use it?

I’m not talking about soy—I mean actual concentration, or whatever the term is these days.

If you’re looking to hand out subsidies to Big Ag, just go ask at your local pharmacy.
If your goal is to pump up the profits of the food industry instead, then start checking labels for anything containing Lecithin.
I know for a fact it shows up in certain chocolate bars and...

I’ve already mentioned that I’m not interested in the lecithin you find in processed food 👎—I mean the kind you pick up at a pharmacy.
Why does it feel like nobody knows anything about it?

from www.healthline.com: (I haven't tried it yet, though I might)

Lecithin
Lecithin is a complex ingredient composed of a blend of phospholipids. Nearly 100% of these phospholipids consist of phosphatidylcholine and inositol—substances similar to B-complex vitamin cofactors. Essentially, lecithin, choline, and inositol aid in nerve development, boost nervous system function, and help replenish phosphorus, which serves as both an energy and structural element in the body. Lecithin positively impacts mood and provides a calming effect on the nervous system, supports better memory and concentration, and speeds up recovery; it has shown particularly beneficial effects during stressful periods. Life Time Fitness Lecithin provides 1200 mg of soy lecithin per capsule. It is recommended as a dietary supplement at a dosage of one capsule daily with a meal.

I used to take Lecithin in granule form back in the day. I can honestly say it had this subtle but really noticeable effect on me... I just felt more relaxed and could actually focus, especially during my college lectures. My headaches weren't hitting me nearly as often either, and my memory felt sharper. Anyway, it’s a pretty solid supplement, definitely recommend it if you're dealing with a high-stress job or anything that keeps your brain running non-stop all day.
