Audio crackling - USB adapter?

Alright, so here's the deal. I've got this PC headset with the three separate jacks at the end, and I'm trying to plug it into an Xbox 360 via USB. Where can I pick up an adapter like that around here, or what's the actual technical term for it?

That’s just a basic USB sound card. To be honest, I actually have one sitting right here at home—though it was just some promotional junk I picked up at an event. I haven't really seen them stocked on any shelves in local stores 🤷
If you want my advice, just order it from DealExtreme—it'll end up being way cheaper than whatever markup some shopkeeper tries to hit you with here in the States 😉
