Drew Booth60 said:I get the feeling that the cheering from the south side sounds a bit louder than what we're hearing from the north.🤷 Back when they used to chant "Go Cleveland Cavaliers," the energy was absolutely electric. A buddy of mine was out on the East Side with his wife and a few friends, and he told me the atmosphere during the cheering was just incredible.

Why on earth haven't we built a new stadium yet? It’s an absolute embarrassment that the best section in the entire arena is actually reserved for the visiting fans. As the home team, our North Stand is practically useless because it sits nearly thirty feet above the pitch; if they had just dropped it down a few yards behind the goal line, it might have actually meant something. What’s the point of having a supporter section that can't exert any real pressure on the opposition or influence the atmosphere when needed? Even the South Stand, despite being elevated, is far more effective at creating that intensity—not to mention how much better the BBB look when they're positioned in the South rather than up in the North. Honestly, the South is the only stand that feels like a true supporters' section, yet it's the one designated for the away crowd. It’s as if some idiot designed this stadium to give the visiting team a home-field advantage instead of building a fortress for us.

If we have to tear down the stadium and build a brand-new one on the same site, I honestly don't see the issue. We just need to cut out Bernie Sanders and the rest of those local bureaucrats from the equation entirely. If the city owns the land, let’s just buy it back and get the job done—provided we can ensure that those clowns and their endless political games stay far away from us. But then again, knowing how fickle people can be and how much they seem to crave leaders like Bernie Sanders to tell them exactly what to do and how to think, am I really naive enough to believe a scenario like that could actually happen?

I’m not sure what you expect me to make of this link, but since there isn't any context provided, I'll just sit here waiting for someone to actually say something worth responding to. Are we just sharing URLs now and hoping for the best? Is that the new standard for discourse around here? If there was supposed to be a point to this, perhaps you could find it in yourself to explain it.

What really matters most in this whole situation... The guys have returned to the South Side. ----->

In my estimation, the current layout of the stadium and its seating configuration are the direct result of decisions made by the top brass of the Republican Party. After seeing the unrest brewing at Madison Square Garden back on May 13th, they realized just how much chaos can be ignited from those stands. They ultimately decided it was safer to tear down the old standing sections in the North and East stands, essentially preempting any chance of a similar uprising targeting our national leadership. While it is entirely possible to build a magnificent, world-class arena on this exact site, I fear the political will simply isn't there because the land itself has become far too lucrative for commercial developers. I honestly worry that within the next decade, our club might find ourselves forced to relocate to an entirely different part of town—much like a river being diverted from its natural course.

They probably decided it was safer to scrap the old standing sections in the north and east so their leadership wouldn't face a similar revolt. You could build a stunning stadium on this site, but I doubt there's any political will left, given how valuable this real estate is. I fear that in about ten years, our club might end up playing somewhere else entirely. We might just get pushed out of our own home.

Tickets for the north stands are priced at $3.25. We’re once again urging everyone to grab an annual pass or at least pick up individual tickets during pre-sale. It’ll save you from the inevitable chaos at the box office and ensure you actually make it to your seat on time.

If you sign up for membership, you get four free games, though you still end up stuck in line waiting for them to print your card—or at least that was my experience.
How does the annual pass work?

It’s the best way to avoid those massive lines at the ticket booths and make sure you actually get to your seat before kickoff.

If you sign up for a membership, you get four free games, but you still end up stuck in line waiting for them to print out your physical card—well, at least that used to be the case.
How does the season pass work?

With a season pass, you just swipe it through the reader like a standard card and walk right in.

What about the season pass?

A season pass is just a card with a barcode. You scan it at the same gate where everyone else scans their tickets.
If that's what you were asking.

And seriously, guys, just buy a season pass. It pays for itself, no matter how you look at it.

Exactly what I meant.
There’s a barcode on the membership, but you still have to wait in line to get your physical card made.

By the way, this new centralized ticket booth setup isn't some stroke of genius. It's just creating massive lines where people are standing around for half an hour just to get into games with 10,000 fans.

I'm honestly surprised none of those local reporters have bothered to write a single word about it.

Here’s the footage from the stands along with the lyrics—pretty solid stuff, though these tracks don't get played much.
The video shows the first time they sang this—back in October 2017 against Indianapolis.
The singing sounds a bit rough there—everyone was just reading off scraps of paper. 😁

They’ve become such whiners. Back when he was at his absolute peak, it was those controversial lyrics about underage girls that actually hit home; now, none of this stuff even moves them. Honestly, it puts me in a bit of a funk too, despite the chorus. I kind of miss those aggressive vibes from the stands—you know, the songs about chains, jewelry, and all that edge. There used to be some real rebellion there, a sense of defiance through music, but this? This feels like something for two average Joes passing a bottle of Jack Daniel's around.
I get that other people see her differently...

Like, back when he was actually at his peak, what really got people riled up was that whole insane thing about messing with a minor... those are the kinds of things that actually hit home, whereas now, honestly, nobody even cares about that stuff anymore. It kind of puts me in a funk too, even after all these years, because I guess I miss that raw, aggressive energy from the stands—you know, the stuff about chains, jewelry, and all that edgy nonsense. Just some kind of rebellion or a stronger sense of defiance through the music, but now it feels more like something for a couple of average guys hanging out with way too much cheap beer.
I mean, I get that other people might see it differently, I guess...

mother loves us all
auntie loves everyone
little man, don't touch the kids
picking up trash in the yard
..damn, yeah... I'll get you for everything: your mom, your wife, both your teenage daughters

It was just, like, totally random, just some guy hanging out at home, maybe a week ago, not many people there, but it had that really playful, joking vibe... but man, it's been forever since then, like, maybe 6 or 7 years already.

darkcyclist212 said:How long do they usually go on sale for annually?

It’s been like this for years now—right up until the final qualifying matches for the European championships.

Based on how things usually shake out, we might see them selling through August 28th, 29th, or maybe even the 30th this year.

To be honest, I can't quite recall—well, I don't actually know because I haven't been keeping close tabs on it—how it worked last year when the team didn't even make it into the European tournament. It's entirely possible the annual sales lasted a bit longer back then.

Arsenal actually moved from their original home back in 1913.

Manchester City made their move in 1923.

West Ham left their old spot in 1904.

Atletico Madrid relocated in 1923.

And Juventus shifted gears in 1908.

Go ahead and talk your trash—Maksimir isn't even worth a damn. We need a stadium that actually holds 20k people with seats right up against the pitch, ASAP.

Honestly, just rebuild the Fradia stadium and call it a day. Peace out.

Just without any scanning 🤣
The stadium is actually decent, and the away section isn't bad either—plenty of room.
