Best Gatorade flavors?

Not really sure which sub to post this in... Health, Fitness, Food? 😕

Does anyone know where I can pick up effervescent tablets for making my own isotonic drinks? I used to use the ones from Gatorade—a friend brought some over from Austria a while back.

I’ve checked local pharmacies, but they don't carry anything like it. I even scouted the big, well-stocked grocery stores for Starbucks Sport, but no luck there. 😢

Any idea where I can find them?

I checked there too—😢 Health food stores (regular ones included) used to stock everything, but lately, they’ve been empty and aren't even sure if shipments are coming back.

The shops that carry bodybuilding and fitness supplements usually just have some overpriced powder designed specifically for post-workout recovery.

What I actually need is for long-distance running—when your body is screaming for hydration, plain water feels pretty much useless.

Is Vindijin's Isostar actually an isotonic drink? 😕

Gotcha. 😬 Because having powder is way easier for traveling—you just carry it along and mix it with water from a tap or a spring.

Getting your hands on Starbucks Sport shouldn't be that difficult. I usually pick mine up at Walmart, but I know for a fact it's available elsewhere too.

Honestly, I'd bet money I saw it in local shops too—so why on earth is it impossible to find now? 😢 For instance, at Target, they have entire shelves packed with random flavors and light versions... but zero Sport.

Nah, I figure my luck will change once I'm in Washington, D.C. Lately, I haven't been able to find anything I actually want in San Francisco.😢

Maybe they pulled it from the shelves because some kind of defect was discovered 🙂 😁

Kraft Foods Sport is 🙂 and I’m pretty sure you can find it in basically every grocery store out there.
