Best laxatives for quick relief?

I am looking for information regarding the most potent over-the-counter laxative available at a local pharmacy without a prescription. Ideally, I would prefer a powder or tablet format that takes effect within a few hours...🙏

Go grab some tea from CVS or Walgreens... they have those detox teas or cleansing blends. Just drink one in the morning or right before you hit the sack... it’ll have you running to the restroom all day long.

It isn’t for me, but for a friend. I’d like to add it to his collection...😁 🤣
