So, Marathon and SuperSport. I've messed around with SuperSport before, just wondering if any Americans have outdone them lately, since they’re constantly pushing live betting through all our local sportsbooks.

How’s BetMGM been performing lately? Their live selection seems pretty deep. Are their odds actually better than DraftKings?

btw, looking at Marathon, I see this total goals thing I've never actually bet on—like a goal sum of 1.0. What happens if it hits exactly 1? Does the stake get pushed back? It looks similar to those Asian totals like 0.5 or 1 for over/under goals.

If you decide to go with an over 1.0 bet—you know, the kind where there isn't a draw option—and the match ends with exactly one goal, they actually refund your entire stake! Isn't that just marvelous?

DraftKings won't even think about limiting your account until you've managed to pull a significant profit from a single match, perhaps something involving the ATP or some other niche sport where people don't typically place massive wagers.

Perfect, thanks.

Dear fellow forum members,

I’ve been spending quite a bit of time lately digging through the fine print of our gambling regulations. I keep stumbling over Article 68, Section 2, which essentially states that participating in foreign gambling operations is prohibited if the stakes are being placed from within the US. Apparently, the fines can range anywhere from $1,500 to $7,500. To give you some context regarding my own situation, I currently have an active account with DraftKings, and I’ve been making my deposits directly using my Visa debit card. Looking at the discussions here, it seems most of you prefer using Skrill or similar services. I haven't attempted any withdrawals yet, mostly because I haven't had any luck hitting a winning streak.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think there's a real possibility they could track my activity and slap me with one of these penalties?

I’ve been digging through the gambling laws lately, and now I’m spiraling over Article 68, Section 2. Apparently, participating in foreign gambling sites is prohibited if you’re placing bets while physically located in the US. The fines are supposedly between $1,500 and $7,500. I have an account open at DraftKings, though I used my local Visa card for deposits, whereas most of you seem to use Skrill and stuff like that. I haven't made any withdrawals since I haven't actually won anything yet.

What do you guys think? Is there a real chance they catch me and slap me with a fine?

So many people play on offshore sites—some even win big and pull their cash out—and honestly, I haven't heard of anyone getting busted. But look, if you really want to spend your time worrying about this and scaring everyone else on the forum, go talk to Vasa. He’s posted quite a bit on the previous pages; he knows the ins and outs of all these bans and legal penalties.

Look, let’s not go in circles here—everything has already been laid out, so honestly, you just need to actually read the posts.

Long story short: on paper, betting with offshore sites is technically against the rules, but I haven't heard of anyone actually getting flagged or penalized for it yet.

I'm trying to get my cash out from DraftKings
Everything should be totally fine—I hit the turnover requirements for both my deposit and the bonus perfectly. Since my last rollover, the rule is that 7 days have to pass before I can withdraw, and yeah, those 7 days are long gone...
So, I shot them an email asking for my payout, and they hit me back saying I need to send over my ID and a utility bill
I sent over a photo of my ID, but they just went radio silent on that. When I chased them up on live support, they just repeated the same thing—that I still need to upload a bill
From what I've gathered online, they want something like an electric or water bill...
The problem is, I don't pay those. I'm only 18—my folks handle all that stuff
What am I supposed to do now? They haven't replied to my emails in days, and I've got $600 just sitting there...

If you happen to have an active account at your local bank, would you be so kind as to request an official bank statement and then send it over to me?

If you have even a basic mobile plan set up in your own name, that might actually give you some leverage here 🤷

btw...

DraftKings ???

I honestly don't understand how people end up using such shady sites🤣

And they're putting serious money on the line, too... it's a total tragicomedy, if you ask me.

The real issue is I don't have any accounts in my own name—honestly, I barely have anything besides a bus pass and some receipts from the local grocery store...
Since DraftKings is total garbage anyway—their selection is pathetic and the odds are even worse—I dropped $140 just to scrape together a $40 sign-on bonus

Bet Gun is absolute garbage. Their selection is pathetic, the odds are even worse, and I ended up dropping $140 just to snag a measly $40 sign-on bonus.

You’re going to have to open something. At the very least, get a bank account so you can pull a statement to send over to them.

Take a look at the emails being sent to everyone registered with DraftKings

I received this one:

The new season is here and we’re giving you an exclusive bonus to add to the excitement. Enjoy your 50% Sign-on bonus up to $50!

Meanwhile, my buddy got a 100% bonus up to $100. 🤣

I have no idea what their criteria are for handing out these bonuses, but there is zero consistency involved. 🤣

Just a reminder: you need to wager the initial deposit plus the bonus three times over before you can withdraw anything. Good luck!

I also picked up a sign-on bonus, though it was only for 25%...

As for those $15 loyalty bonuses, I’m certain I’ve already received them at least ten times this year...

Yeah, I don't get why they issued my bonus in dollars when my account is set up in USD. 🤷
From what I can tell, everyone else here got theirs in dollars. 🤣

I suppose I should ask, does one need to deposit funds into their account first before entering the offer code?

That’s how I did it, and it worked.
