Best software for resizing images?

help! Can someone point me toward a simple photo editor? I had one I loved, but I sent my laptop in for repairs and now everything's gone😠
I just remember the icon looked like some kind of circle... maybe someone knows which program I'm talking about? I'd really appreciate the help...🙂

Personally, I tend to stick with Adobe Photoshop.
It’s just the most reliable option out there—really intuitive and easy to navigate when you actually want to get things done.

Honestly, IrfanView has everything you actually need... it’s got "save for web" and batch processing built right in, plus you can handle all your basic editing like color correction, cropping, and whatever else...

The eye symbol is pitch black, almost as if someone took a magnifying glass to it and blown it up.

P.S. Look, Adobe Photoshop is a beast—it’s heavy, it’s demanding, and honestly? It’s a headache until it isn't. If you want something easy, just grab IrfanView. It’s basically a glorified tool, but it gets the job done... enough to tweak some contrast, mess with colors, resize a file, and call it a day. But Adobe Photoshop? That thing is a nightmare until you finally wrap your head around it. I’m still out here struggling with layers, to be honest.😁
