Greetings,

Could someone please recommend a supplement that actually delivers proven results for improving performance and speeding up progress, provided it isn't some shady substance or a steroid?

I am also open to suggestions for mass gainers, though if I recall correctly, those tend to be most effective only after months of consistent, disciplined training before you see any real movement.

And just to be clear, this isn't about trying to look good for summer or being lazy; it's simply that my schedule occasionally forces me to neglect my workouts. I might train hard for a few months and then hit a dry spell, and I have no intention of letting all my previous gains vanish during those lapses.
If I'm being too blunt or out of touch, please excuse me—I haven't kept up with the current landscape of supplements as much as I used to.

One final note: I am not interested in anything strictly for muscle definition; my primary focus remains on building mass.

Thank you.🙄

Look, I www.bbfaq.tk
Just head over to that forum and ask them directly! You aren't going to dig up certain details here, frankly... though if you go to www.bbfaq.tk, you might actually find some useful stuff once you sit down and read through it.

Thanks a ton. Both of those sites are incredibly useful, so I probably won't even need to bother asking questions here—I'll just stick to browsing through the various threads.

Just stick to protein and creatine and you're set...

To answer your question...

Can anyone recommend a supplement that actually works to speed up progress without being some sketchy, banned substance? I’m looking for something legit—definitely not steroids.

I'm open to mass gainers too, though if I remember correctly, those usually require months of consistent training before you see any real movement.

And no, this isn't about getting "summer ready." It's just that life gets in the way sometimes. I'll train hard for a few months, then life hits and I slip up for a bit. I don't want to lose all the gains I've already fought for during those off periods.
If I'm sounding a bit out of the loop, sorry. I haven't kept up with the current supplement scene lately...

Just to clarify, I'm not looking for those cutting agents meant for definition. I care more about building mass.

Thanks. 🙄

Look, if you really want results, you should just stack Napoleon, some Testosterone depot, and throw in a little Dick. 😁

Now that's hardcore.

🙂

Why don't you head over to that forum and ask there? You aren't exactly going to find the intel you need on this one—unless you're looking for guesswork. www.bbfaq.tk Take a look over there—you’ll find plenty of useful stuff. Or will you?

Nice work on the links—really.👍
