Closing the Stipa Petrin thread

Since the old thread got locked, I’m starting this one about Stipa Petrin. Following that recent roundtable in Santa Barbara, they basically stated the municipality is a mess—even though Petrin wants everyone to think everything's fine.

The mod nuked my last post, though. Can someone tell me what the deal is?

I was just about to say—we really need to bring that old thread back into the Political scene PDF.
