CPU compatibility question for my MTV motherboard

I was wondering if anyone here could give me a definitive confirmation—and I really mean a solid one—on whether this specific processor (http://www.ebay.com/itm/391745035907 ) would actually work with this motherboard (http://www.ebay.com/itm/263026623982). Since we are looking at a CPU from the FS1 family (View on imgur), I suppose everything should technically align without any hiccups, but—well, I’d still feel much better hearing a second opinion, if you know what I mean. Are there any other little details I might be overlooking—perhaps something regarding the specific generation of the chip or some other technical nuance? I have actually tried asking about this on a few different forums already, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a single concrete answer from anyone. Any bit of guidance or help at all would be more than welcome, truly.

It’s impossible to identify the specific motherboard model when this is all I have to go on. It just lists "H000052420" as the part number, but that won't get me anywhere here or on any official CPU compatibility list if I actually knew the real name.
