This movie actually has three sequels in total.
In the first one, you’ve got Liam Neeson leading the cast.
Then, in both the second and third installments, Arnold Vosloo takes over the lead role.

Honestly, all three of them were top-tier, and I still can't wrap my head around why none of them managed to snag an Oscar

I’m actually more of an Arnold Vosloo fan myself, honestly... I feel like the first two movies are pretty much neck and neck in terms of quality, but that third one... yeah, not so much.

I’ve only seen the first two. Honestly, the first one blows the second out of the water. The sequel isn't a total disaster, but nothing beats the original—especially since it was directed by Sam Raimi. Plus, I much prefer Liam Neeson over Arnold Vosloo. Haven't even touched the third one yet.

They actually aired all three on an American network a few months back... they ran from midnight straight through to 5 AM.

The first installment is absolutely stellar; Liam Neeson is nothing short of a genius. That’s really all there is to say about it.
As for the subsequent two, they're frankly quite poor—there's a noticeable dip in quality across the board.
Mind you, I’ve sat through this entire trilogy countless times, so I know what I'm talking about... but that first one? It's pure 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

What was your absolute favorite moment in the movie?

That opening sequence in the third installment... honestly, it gave me a strange sense of peace just watching it. 😁 As far as the original goes, though—it was top-tier. 👍

For me, it’s that scene in the first movie where he walks out of the hospital, finds that old trench coat, and ends up lying right under a gutter. Water just pours all over him—if he had moved just six inches to the left, he would've stayed dry... 😁

The truth is, Bruce was actually lined up for the role, but the producers doubted his range. They wanted a bigger name to carry Darkman instead.😈

Yeah, I could have sworn Bruce Wayne was playing Batman in 😍. Then I see someone else entirely. 😢 Honestly, Liam Neeson is a solid actor, but he’s got a pretty unpleasant face. The standout scene has to be the beginning of the movie, specifically when they cut off his fingers. 🙏 🙏

Honestly, I think Bruce could handle it, since the guy has played so many different roles over the years... I'd say the main reason he didn't end up being Batman was probably just because he wasn't big enough of a star back then. Though, maybe things would've turned out better if he hadn't...
