Hey, I've got a Dell Precision M4500 on my hands and it’s refusing to load Windows.
Right before everything went south, I installed McAfee—but I totally botched the setup. Instead of selecting my local region, I accidentally entered "global" instead of "USA"... now, every time I try to boot up, I just get hit with a blue screen diagnostic error. Just to be clear, the F12 boot menu still pops up and works fine. I tried burning a DVD to reinstall Windows, but halfway through, I keep getting an error saying "Windows cannot install required files."
Any ideas on what to do? I can't even trigger Safe Mode. Thanks.
