Dreadlocks: Tips and Maintenance?

Does anyone happen to know someone rocking dreadlocks, or better yet, someone who actually knows how to install them?
I’m willing to pay a fair rate based on what we agree upon, but I really need to find someone sooner rather than later—and they absolutely have to be a pro who knows their craft inside and out.😁Thanks in advance for any leads.🙂
