Driver installation help needed

Can someone please just drop a link for the drivers I actually need? I'm running a GA 970A DS3P paired with an R9 270. I found some stuff online, but there's a massive list of things for the motherboard and I can't tell if I really need to install every single one of them or

Pick your OS and get to installing:

You'll probably need: Realtek (audio), AMD chipset, realtek lan, and via usb 3.0

So, which specific drivers are you looking for, and which version of Windows are you actually running? If you're still on Windows 7, then you'll want to grab the Audio driver (Realtek Function driver for Realtek Azalia audio chip (Including Microsoft UAA driver in English edition )))

Then, go ahead and download the chipset driver (AMD chipset driver (include chipset \ sata raid driver))

In case you don't have an internet connection ready to go, you should probably grab the LAN driver (Realtek LAN Driver)

Just to reiterate—if you're using Windows 7, make sure to snag the USB 3.0 driver too; if you've moved up to Windows 8 8.1, though, you can skip that one.

That R9 270 is your graphics card, right? Just head over to Google and search for "AMD drivers." From there, just select desktop graphics, pick the r9 2 xx series, choose your specific version of Windows, and hit "display results." Once you download and install it, you're all set.

So, I headed over to the AMD site to grab those drivers, and it looks like I need to run this specific little program now to get everything installed properly. Thanks a ton for the help.

Man, I’m sorry, it feels like there's always some kind of glitch or headache with this stuff, but I think I finally got everything running smoothly for once. Just wanted to double-check, did I go about installing this NVIDIA catalyst the right way?
Btw, does anyone know how to switch the keyboard language? Everything looks totally different than it used to, and for some reason, my clock and date settings won't update either. Thanks.
