Well, we finally pulled the trigger and booked Volar, so now we wait... I've heard from a few independent sources that they’re actually quite talented, so let's see if they can truly deliver 🙂

Hey ladies...
Does anyone know if the catering from Mimi is any good? They're based out of San Francisco—has anyone actually used them before??
Thanks

I’ve heard of the Mimi agency... but honestly, nobody here has stepped up to share actual experience with them or their catering service...

The girls were involved with Pimpinelu and that ballet school, which kept them in the conversation, and I actually got to see their work firsthand once👍

If you want my advice, stick with Arkada or Russ...👍

Greetings, ladies.

Regarding the venue options—Fabula, Robot and Hotel Chicago—I’m looking for recommendations...

1. Fabula... Great location. Service and food are decent enough.
2. What’s the deal with Hotel NYC? Did they finally fix up those mashed potatoes... or anything else for that matter?
3. Robot... Personally, the room itself is fantastic, but I can't stand the neighborhood.

Can you give me a ballpark figure on what you actually settled on for the price at Hotel Lav?

I'm curious about this too...

What kind of specific terms are involved?

My personal top three: Amadeus, Big Fun, and Tempo.

One more thing regarding the local bands... which band from the West Coast actually has a female vocalist?

SAN PELLEGRINO GROUP
San Pellegrino
Tel: 555-0199
If I recall correctly, they utilize both male and female vocals...

And I think I’ve heard something about a group called Orange... or was it something else? It escapes me...

Posting phone numbers is against the rules... you really ought to take a look at the guidelines once in a while...😉

Ugh, does anyone actually know how much Martha Stewart spends on her makeup? I've heard she’s absolutely incredible, but man, those prices sound insane...

I actually had my party at Robot. To be honest, I hated the location at first—I just couldn't get past where it was situated. But I was pleasantly surprised once I saw how they'd renovated the place. The food and the staff were incredible; honestly, everyone was raving about them.
I also loved having the choice between round or long tables. I went with round, obviously.👍

My head is spinning. I’m throwing in the towel...

Pixar is at $42, and the robot ok (where is it located?) is $36. A hotel in Washington, D.C. (the last bastion of old-school grit) is running about $33. Now we’ve suddenly got Kool thrown into the mix at $36. Does anyone actually have experience with Kool? Word on the street is the food quality has gone downhill...

You can find the Pink Panther website online along with their entire catalog... I ended up grabbing a bunch for myself. Honestly, I’ve never even heard of them before, so I guess we'll just have to see if they actually turn out to be any good...

Of course... and it's fantastic. I was at a wedding where they played it once... the energy doesn't dip for a second.

And yeah, it holds up just as well for Pink Panther too.😁

Just try scrolling through the pages for once...👍

Since I'm actually working there, I wouldn't be the one to 🤣🤣 regarding the pricing, but they do offer an option for a massive buffet with endless selections, which comes to $137 excluding drinks.🙄
