Everything you need for a California wedding

Guys, help—I got totally sidetracked by some outside stuff 🙂 but I'm finally back in the game... though my options feel way more limited now... I stopped by the Meadow convention center recently and the place is gorgeous. Has anyone been there lately? How’s the food? And what’s the layout like for a reception—is the florist coming from one of those big hotels?? Also, does anyone know if they have openings on 9/11 or 9/18 for up to 120 people...

Also, I need a solid DJ who can actually handle mixing a bunch of different styles without crashing and burning!!

Or maybe just a decent, budget-friendly band 🙂 nothing crazy, I'm keeping it modest 😉

As far as photographers go, I personally really loved the work from Getty Images out of Makarska (I saw them at the expo, and a few of my friends have raved about them too; he seems like one of those guys who just genuinely loves photography and isn't just out to grab a quick buck), and the shots are just incredible—the edits are super unique compared to everyone else, the albums aren't overly bulky but they're substantial with all sorts of different shot formats, and it feels like he treats every single wedding as its own unique story...
At the expo, he was performing with a crew called EVERYTHING FOR THE WEDDING, so they might be able to point you toward catering, music, lighting, dresses, ... I don't even know what else they cover.

...oh, I almost forgot, I heard someone mention DJ Spen is supposed to be really good.

I’ve never actually been to the Meadow, so I can't say for sure. Your best bet is probably to just grab the phone and call the venues directly; you might get lucky... those September dates are tough, though. September is always the busiest month for weddings!!!
There are plenty of bands out there, but how "budget-friendly" are we talking?? Give me a ballpark figure...
For photographers, you can find most of them on the Verve website, along with the restaurants and bands they recommend. You can check the Major League Baseball group page too...

Hey everyone... I'm in a bit of a rush to get married—my aunt's been kind of pushing me to settle down lately 🙂—so I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a group available on August 28th?
And what about a photographer...?
I know this is all happening pretty fast, but it is what it is.
Please help!!! We’re looking to host the party at The Grand Hotel (it's the only spot open then, by some miracle, and we actually really love the place.)

I actually had my reception at Honey, and I think I already posted a little bit about it in this thread😉.
Basically, I was really happy with everything. The food was awesome and the staff were super chill👍. As for the flowers, you can pretty much work out whatever custom setup you want with them.
Here’s the kind of layout they put together for me:

For instance, I saw the Bravo Band once and nobody stayed on the dance floor, though the vibe was actually great... plus, I've been to three weddings where Major League played... they were fantastic too, and I didn't notice any weird reciting stuff...
