Hey everyone, I really need some help... Does anyone know of a restaurant, a hotel, or somewhere similar with an oceanfront terrace? I'm looking to host a wedding dinner for about 20 people. I guess I would prefer somewhere in Miami or maybe along the Southern California coast! Thanks... Any advice would be so appreciated

Aaron Brown7 said:I’ve officially entered the rabbit hole of wedding dress hunting... since I'm aiming for a wedding in December, I swung by La Perle, and just like that, they already had five brides down, two of whom have already put down deposits. It was a total madhouse, which is weird because none of the other boutiques I visited had that kind of frantic rush for a late-season date. That said, out of all the dresses I saw, there are only two that actually made me stop and stare—the ones I'm genuinely obsessed with. My only hesitation is that both of them happen to be part of the new collection, so they come with $2000... and honestly, that feels a little steep for my budget.

Personally, I’m the type who just wants to find that one perfect dress and be done with it $3000? :/

If I remember correctly, she mostly carries those heavy crinoline styles, and honestly, those just aren't my vibe... they don't sit right on me. I’d never even heard of Lady before, and I only just recently found out about Lucy since they're pretty much the new kids on the block. I'm telling you, the sooner you start, the better. I wasn't exactly itching to jump into the search this early either, but these modern brides are just absolutely relentless. If I had waited until May, I doubt I would have found a single dress available... everything would be gone. Instead, I went ahead and booked nearly eight months in advance, though who knows what kind of experience is waiting for me... besides, I'm already getting a bit bored of the whole thing after looking at so many photos and trying on so many gowns. :P I feel like I want to start the whole process over from scratch. 😁

I was actually under the impression that bridal salons kept duplicate dresses in stock—you know, two of the same kind so two friends could rent them on the same day... clearly, I was mistaken.
I share that exact same anxiety; I'm terrified that when "The Big Day" finally arrives, my dress won't even be pressed and ready. On a side note, isn't it true that you're allowed one change before the reception starts?

I mean, I could switch things up if I really wanted to, but deep down I know none of them will ever look quite as good as this one... I just need to stop staring at it every five minutes. 😁

Honestly, I think they're getting a bit carried away with those prices...://

Just a dinner, then? No dancing or anything else? And how many guests exactly?

The Cheesecake Factory. Haven't been myself, but a coworker had a small dinner there after her ceremony once. Apparently, the location, the patio, the food, and the service are all top-tier...

Honestly, if I were getting hitched in Miami, that’s exactly where I’d go... 😍 it’s such a gorgeous spot—the view, the ocean, the whole vibe (especially in the summer when you're hanging out on the terrace), the staff is super chill, and the food? Seriously, yum-yum perfection... man, everything about it is just flawless. Total recommendation right there.

Hey guys, anyone here actually been to the "Cvitak" gym over in San Diego or maybe checked out those "Moji Kolacici" bakeries in San Diego?
Thanks a ton in advance... :-)

I had my wedding at The Cheesecake Factory, and honestly, if I ever decided to do the whole thing all over again, that’s where I’d go. There was never even a second choice for me—it was always Grayson. Everything turned out perfectly; the food was killer, the service was top-notch, and the location? Man, it goes without saying. It was incredible.🙂

I ended up booking a session at Fitness Bloom... honestly, the woman running it is incredible. I've been to quite a few places where she’s led workouts before, and I really have nothing but good things to say.
As for those treats, I haven't heard anything about them yet.🤷

Hey, does anyone happen to know the engagement ring course schedule for San Diego and Miami covering March, April, and May? I’ve been looking online, but the dates seem all over the place...

Well, some sources say Miami, others say San Diego...
Miami is May 12-14, June 2-4... nothing for April...
San Diego is April 14-16, May 19-21, and June 9-11
You need to sign up on the first day, usually around 7:30 PM...

I realize the schedules aren't identical for both Miami and San Diego, but I somehow stumbled upon two different sets of dates listed for both cities... so now I'm just sitting here wondering which ones are actually the right ones. Thanks.

Watch the year—I think some sites are still showing schedules from 2012.
What I gave you was taken straight from the bulletin board...

To be perfectly honest, I don't have much experience dealing with florists. How much does the delivery cost, and what exactly is included in that price point?
I’m really hoping for a substantial arrangement, so I'm just trying to get a ballpark idea of what I can expect.

I’ve been to Sweet Treats in Santa Monica before. I’m definitely going back there on October 5th! Their treats are great, super consistent, and they aren't pricey at all. If you want to know anything else, just ask. Honestly, I could really use some help with these workouts too...🙂

Does anyone happen to have DJ Leto's contact info handy? I managed to snag the number for DJ Double, but I can't seem to track this one down for the life of me...

Thanks so much!! 🙂

I was at a party recently where DJ Dupli was spinning, and honestly? It was an absolute disaster. Just awful.
I really don't get that kind of vibe; the dance floor was basically just senior citizens having the time of their lives...
while the younger crowd just sat there at the tables.

The bouquet, boutonnieres for the groom, bridesmaid dresses, the bride's attire, transportation, the church ceremony, the venue, catering, the head table, plus about 30 guest tables in the hall.
Budget is looking to be somewhere around $4,000 to $4,500. I think it’s best if we sit down a week or two before everything to finalize the details and get it all in writing. I might be able to trim things down a bit, but I really can't go over $4,500.
