Hey everyone!

I could really use some advice based on what you all have been through... So, I'm getting married in November 2011, and we're looking at a pretty small crowd, maybe around 70 people if we're lucky... I've already locked in the entertainment (the Quattro band is absolutely killer) and a phenomenal photographer, Maj Perić. Now, the big headache is finding a venue... If you have any ideas or personal experiences, please let me know. I've been weighing a few different options... I definitely need to go check them out in person, but I'm holding off until "the one" finally makes it back home. =)))

Thanks for the help! 😍

Hey, I actually have Maj Perić too! 😍
Regarding venues, most of the standard halls might feel way too massive for a group that size.
Maybe consider the Mursa Hotel (really lovely space, they don't do round tables, but you can do squares), the Kopika restaurant, the Zoo Hotel, the Dora hall, Hotel Central, or maybe the Railway Hall over on Radičev... those are slightly larger spaces, but if you spread the round tables out a bit more or just seat fewer people per table (like 6 or 8), it won't look empty at all.
Have you thought about any restaurants? Maybe Galija, Karaka, Đeram, or Bendek...
If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to post!

I did a little more digging for you—the Waldinger hotel can hold about 100 guests, then there's Villa Ariston, the Kugla ballroom, the Zeko wedding hall, and they can actually partition off a section of the ballroom at the Indianapolis hotel if you’re looking for something a bit more intimate...
Of course, the price range is pretty wide, but you really have plenty of options to work with. It all just comes down to what kind of vibe you're going for and how much you're willing to shell out. If you need more details on pricing or anything else, just let me know. Hope this helps a little!

Has anyone here ever actually hired a wedding coordinator?
I was wondering if you guys might have some experiences or maybe even a few recommendations to share

Bryan Sanders, I actually had my wedding gown custom-made at this really well-known boutique, and honestly, I couldn't have been happier with the result. If you're looking for specifics regarding the shop, their pricing, or anything else, just shoot me a private message and I'll give you all the details.

Hey everyone. Does anyone have an idea about the pricing at the Lisa bridal boutique in San Bernardino? Also, what’s the verdict on them?

Honestly, you’re better off just heading down there in person or giving them a call to ask whatever you need, because the women working there are seriously wonderful.
From my own experience, I ended up getting my wedding dress at $500 (MS Ireland), whereas the MS Devon was sitting at $5,500.00.
The more extravagant gowns definitely cost more, but they weren't really my style so I didn't bother asking about specific prices.
Also, if I remember correctly, they usually run discounts in December—I managed to snag one myself last year.

Has anyone ever actually heard of the Perišić holding group over in Slavonia, California?? Apparently, they handle wedding venue rentals $333! Like, what kind of scheme is that? Because honestly, you can't find anything more affordable in this city than $1000..

I honestly haven't the slightest clue regarding that... That new boutique just opened up over on Broadway, but I highly doubt it's located at 🤷 number 27
.

I’ve only seen the purchase price, though I think that's the one... My own wedding dress was a rental for about $4,500, yet this most expensive gown here is just $4,399... If anyone decides to look into this, please let me know... I'm truly curious, isn't it true that even a city like St. Louis isn't that far? Everywhere seems to range from $3,000 to at least $5,000 over at a place like Stephanie... Hopefully someone can dig up some info before I end up heading there myself, haha...

I just got off the phone with the owner, and she mentioned that $333 it's actually a rental... so I'm heading over there in a few days to check things out. 3🙂

Hey, if you’re heading out there, let me know... Because if $999 covers everything, then it’s definitely worth it, right?

Hell, did you actually go? I’m genuinely curious...
