1. Does anyone know where I can get some invitations printed in Indianapolis? We have a specific design we want to use for the layout, so I’m looking for a solid print shop. Any idea what the ballpark pricing looks like for something like that?

2. Has anyone here ever ordered custom cakes from that pastry chef who works over at the Hilton?

3. Does anyone have a recommendation for a makeup artist in Indy besides Jelene?🙄 She’s booked solid right when I actually need her. She passed along a number for some other girl, but honestly, it feels a bit sketchy—I don't really know if she's any good.

4. I'm also on the hunt for some singers for a church service—any suggestions or ideas?

5. Where did you guys end up ordering your wedding bouquets? What was the damage for those, and what about the rest of the floral arrangements?

Brevisi from Indianapolis will be singing for me (the wedding is in VK).

Does anyone know where I can pick up some rosemary?

Anyone dealt with Maja from Wizard before? Or maybe Martin over at Studio Image?

I think some folks over in Všnjevac grow it in their greenhouses. You should check the Stock Exchange—I used to see people posting ads for rosemary there all the time.

I just booked Mary Pelosi for my makeup... has anyone here actually worked with her before? I'd love to hear about your experiences.

Does anyone know what it costs to rent a hall in a small town, USA, for about 250 guests?
And is it actually possible to book a venue three months out? 😁

Also, what’s the going rate for wedding dresses in Indianapolis? Where can I find the best deals?

I might be able to track down that price for you a bit later... and yeah, totally possible to book a year in advance if you have a specific date set so nobody else snags it!!
Expect to pay anywhere from $3,000 up to $1667. Nikolina has the best selection and they're super sweet—at least, that's been my experience..😍

The price was actually a bit higher just over a year ago. $50 First and second courses are already on the table, plus all the drinks. This guy claims he can fit 300 people in there, but I don't buy it—that’s just overkill. Depending on how you set up the tables, you're probably looking at closer to 250. You could always just rent out a hall and handle everything yourself to save some cash, but honestly, if the price stays this high, it's just not worth the hassle. If you want to go that route, reach out to Joe Miller in Springfield. Shoot me a DM.
Is it actually okay to drop my number like this?🙂
Can't do that here. Shoot me a DM instead. 😉 Mayo

Hey ladies! Does anyone know where I can pick up some cork stoppers for those Orangina-style bottles around Indianapolis or the surrounding area? I checked the wedding supply aisle at the local grocery store, but nothing fits—they're either way too small or way too huge. I’ve basically hit up every shopping mall in the area and still haven't found the right size. If anyone has a lead, please let me know!!
I have a massive pile of bottles and zero stoppers, which is starting to stress me out. The wedding is in 13 days and I’m still stuck without them... ugh. 😲 🙂
Thanks for the help!!!

We ended up going with those rubber stoppers that have a little cap on top—they're actually better because they don't crumble or leave bits behind. We picked them up at Tower Records.
You can find all sorts of different stoppers down at the main flea market, near the end of the indoor section by the main post office. There’s a woman there who sells all kinds of bottles—some are even decorated or painted—and she carries various little caps and different types of stoppers too.

I actually hired her for my wedding... she did my friend's makeup and she looked absolutely stunning. You can find her work photos on Facebook if you want to see. Everyone says she's such a sweetheart, too...😍

She did my friend's makeup for her wedding—the look itself was decent enough, but she showed up an hour and a half late... which meant they lost precious lighting time for the photos! Honestly, it felt incredibly unprofessional. My advice? You absolutely have to schedule a trial run—a full-on test of the exact look you want for the big day. I heard through the grapevine that one girl's foundation literally cracked overnight, and apparently, she was also being done up by Nancy Pelosi!!!

Does anyone have any solid recommendations for a makeup artist or a hairstylist? I’m looking for someone in the Indianapolis, Memphis, or Columbus areas—honestly, anywhere in that region works for me. Please let me know if you can help; I'm in a bit of a time crunch here!

Has anyone actually tried those pastries from Elon Musk's place over in Columbus? I’m curious about the flavor profiles. What are their cakes like—specifically their wedding cakes? I'd love to know if they're worth it, and if anyone happens to have an idea about the pricing structure!

I am searching for a cake stand. I have checked at Elon Musk, but they lack any decent options, and the selection available here in Indianapolis is simply dreadful...
Does anyone know of another place to find one?
