Well, I finally managed to get my registration sorted out too... Iβve been sitting here reading through all your comments and advice, and there is one thing Iβm really curious about. I have my wedding coming up in just four months, and we need to head out to pick up our wedding bands soon. Does anyone know if itβs better to shop for them in Indianapolis or maybe somewhere like Columbus? It might be a little off-topic, but Iβm genuinely wondering...π€·

Does anyone happen to know a talented makeup artist in the St. Louis area? I could really use some recommendations if anyone has a lead on someone truly skilled.

Does anyone happen to have any insight on Vlatka, the makeup artist based out in Indianapolis? I was wondering if anyone here has had any personal experiences with her services?
thanks so much

We got ours at a small, unassuming jeweler near an IKEA. I think his name is Baumann. He doesn't really keep models on display; instead, you show him a photo of what you want. If you're stuck for ideas, heβll let you look through a catalog. You can negotiate the thickness, shape, and gold color of the rings however you like. We checked around for the price per gram, and he was by far the most affordable option.
That's just my experience. It might be worth checking out. π

Which Vlatka are we talking about specifically?? I know one, but I'm not even sure if she's the right one.

We actually ended up picking up some rings from Zales too, and honestly, the prices were such a steal that we couldn't be happier with the whole deal π

Just wanted to give a quick heads-up to everyone asking about Paramount Pictures, that wedding decor crew out of Warsaw. I finally sat down with them this weekend and pulled the trigger on a booking. Honestly? The girls seem totally legit. Theyβre a newer outfit, so theyβve definitely got that hunger to prove themselves, and you can tell they obsess over every little detail. We spent two hours grabbing coffee and basically picked their brains on everything under the sun. I actually really liked their vibe, plus Iβve already heard a ton of solid recommendations for them lately. So yeah, first impressions are great, but Iβll give you the real verdict once the wedding is actually over. π I don't think I made a mistake here, though. π
