I’m looking for some solid advice on what might work for treating athlete's foot—specifically that itchy fungus between the toes. I’d love to try some natural or alternative remedies if anyone has them, but please, only suggest things that actually work. I don't want to waste my time on stuff that isn't proven.

Look, if you're hunting for alternative medicine, you’re barking up the wrong tree here. You should head over to the specialized Alternative Medicine sub-forum on the Alt-Health boards. I’d move this thread there myself, but honestly, I don't want the headache of dealing with you. I think that speaks for itself. Just use Google instead of bothering people here.

As for conventional medicine—which is what this Health forum is actually dedicated to—the only real solution is to go see a doctor...

Well, alternative treatments still fall under the umbrella of health—it isn't exactly electronics, after all... Perhaps someone here might offer some decent advice. I’ve already scoured everything on Google and formed an initial impression, but I would prefer to see the other side of the coin. One should always examine every angle before reaching a final conclusion. Regardless... thanks for the advice.

Look at it this way—you buy the "foot massage" oil from Oshadi, apply it, and it's gone... I had issues under my big toenails and used that oil combined with tea tree oil (organic essential oil), and it finally cleared up after years of various treatments...

I’ve been reading through this thread and I have to ask—did that oil actually work for you? If it did, your experience could be a lifesaver for so many people. This is one of those conditions that seems to be everywhere these days...

Try some St. John's Wort oil—specifically the Kantarionov brand—for about ten days. It should definitely help. You can find it at any local CVS, though quality varies wildly. I personally pick mine up from Kemig over on Main Street in Chicago. D
