Thomas Palmer7 said:It’s been about two weeks, but what kind of test should I actually be looking at? Like, a home pregnancy test, a blood draw, or maybe an ultrasound?

I already tried one of those early detection tests, and it came back negative, but I don't know... I'm still feeling super skeptical and paranoid about it.
Should I bother doing another test just to be sure, or am I overthinking this...

I don't see the point... honestly. Why even bother?

And even then, I’m thinking an early T-cell detection is only really possible if you’re looking directly at the bloodwork... barely even catching it before it moves.

Hey, does anyone know how many days after the shot I can actually start testing my beta HCLTech levels?

It’s been about 10 days since my period was supposed to show up...
Does anyone actually know if this ultrasound data is accurate? Anyone here dealt with this before??

I ended up going in for my first ultrasound about ten days after I realized my period was late... though, to be honest, I had already taken a home test earlier that turned out positive. Based on my math, I probably conceived around July 12th, and when I finally sat down for my appointment on August 13th, I was roughly five weeks and six days along. Everything looked perfectly fine—we could see the embryo and even hear the little heartbeat!

Look, if you’re only two weeks pregnant, there's zero chance an ultrasound will pick anything up. It’s too early. The amniotic sac hasn't even formed enough to be visible on a scan yet... we're talking something tiny, like a grain of sand. There's just no way...

So, do you actually want a baby or not?
If you do, just breathe. If it happened, you'll find out soon enough....
If you don't... well, I don't even know what you're playing at then..
You're spiraling way too much over this...

Dennis Kim5 I honestly don't quite understand why you're spiraling like this. It seems physically impossible for you to have ended up pregnant just because he used his finger... I think I mentioned that to you once before. There is really no way you're pregnant, I'm fairly certain about that. Just try to stay calm and be cool.

Aaaaaaaah, I am at 5 weeks and 6 days today and heading in for my first appointment! I’m not necessarily expecting to hear a heartbeat since I know some women don't hear it until much later, but if it happens, 😍😍😍

I wasn't really holding my breath either, but wow, my little one totally caught me off guard! That tiny heartbeat was thumping away so fast, almost like a freight train passing by... 😍

I went in for my scan at 5 weeks and 5 days, and they could see the yolk sac and the gestational sac, but no fetal pole yet...
But by 7 weeks and 6 days, everything was clearly visible, including the Communist Party USA.😍

Just walked out of my OBGYN appointment...
I don't want any sympathy, okay?
The doctor told me I missed my ovulation window—apparently, a cyst grew up to about an inch in size and just didn't rupture like it was supposed to. So now I’m stuck taking hormone pills to jumpstart my period.😁
Long story short... I'm not pregnant. Not that anyone here could have seen anything on an ultrasound anyway, even if I were, right?

Elizabeth Chavez33 said:Roughly 8 to 10 days after ovulation, some women experience light spotting, which often overlaps with when they expect their period to arrive. In fact, some people mistake it for a very light period. This type of bleeding can actually be caused by the fertilized egg implanting into the uterine lining.

So, it is entirely possible that what you experienced was implantation. 🙂

I had that exact same thing happen. I honestly thought my period was just starting, but it only lasted a day and a half and was incredibly light... I took an at-home test later that afternoon, but it came up negative. It had been about 3 or 4 weeks since ovulation, so I have no clue if I just tested too early.🤷 Help me out here, please..!

Hey everyone! Just joined the party after spending days lurking and reading through everything... Basically, I'm trying to get pregnant. We timed things perfectly during my fertile window, and now I’m losing my mind waiting. I already wasted money on three pregnancy tests—all negative—but today's test showed this tiny, microscopic little line that's barely even there. My period is supposed to start tomorrow. I'm just praying at this point... either I'm pregnant or I need this period to just show up already 🙂

That was my experience too—I felt some cramping, which usually means something is happening, but you just can't see anything during that second week of pregnancy!!!

Well, great. She said it's something else entirely. Cysts really can mess things up; I've dealt with them plenty of times, often quite large ones, and they cause nothing but trouble....
Now we just cross our fingers and hope my period finally shows up...

And no more finger-pointing!!🤣

Welcome to the club....

You tested a little too early, honey; you should have waited until tomorrow....just breathe, nothing is out of whack...everything happens when it's meant to...I know....it's hard...but whatever, that's just how life goes.

From what I can gather, you took that test before your period was even late....
Your best bet is to wait until Saturday, or better yet, Monday (once you're at least a day or two late), and then take a test 😉 and definitely let us know how it goes 😉

At just two weeks along, a woman doesn't even realize she's pregnant. But if her period is ten days late? We aren't talking about two weeks anymore. Depending on the cycle length, we're looking at five or six weeks. 😉 If we’re counting from the last period—which is how doctors typically calculate it anyway.

I’ve got a checkup scheduled for two weeks from now, so I might as well treat myself. Thanks for getting back to me. Honestly, I was already starting to think I jumped the gun by doing it this early.

Oh, great. Seriously? She just claimed it was something else entirely. Look, she’s an expert at pulling this kind of crap—honestly, I’ve dealt with her enough times to know she causes nothing but massive headaches and endless trouble...
Now we just sit here crossing our fingers and praying it actually works...

And don't you dare lift a finger!!🤣

hehe....of course you did... 🙂
so now just drink up for seven days straight and maybe—just maybe—it'll finally work..hahaha...
