Has anyone tried Virolex?

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone could help me out with a quick question about dealing with some herpes down there.
My doctor called me earlier today to go over things, and they were super reassuring, telling me it’s really nothing to worry about and that I should just stick to taking these prescribed pills.

But honestly, my curiosity is getting the better of me because I'm wondering what kind of herpes this actually is and what even triggers it to show up in the first place?

If anyone happens to know anything about it, I'd really appreciate the help!

So, I ended up with genital herpes because my partner had it as a kid—just on his lips. Clearly, my immune system was shot at the time, because while he had the oral kind, I caught the genital version. The nasty one. Just like you probably already know...

I had dozens of these little blisters. Once they started popping, the stinging was so bad I was literally in tears. Sitting down? Impossible. Going to the bathroom? A nightmare. It was just pure misery... After applying some Virolex cream for about five painful days, 😳 the blisters finally started clearing up. They say the first outbreak is always the absolute worst, the most painful part... after that, you barely even notice it. Since that first time back in September 2006, I haven't had another flare-up. I mean, I still have it and always will, but it hasn't surfaced again.

Aha... okay, let me clarify because I definitely didn't have ANY actual pain or anything like that!
It was just some little bumps on the outside (down there), and man, they were incredibly itchy.

But thankfully, it all cleared up.

I'm just sitting here scratching my head wondering if that was actually the herpes virus and if it’s something I should be worried about?
And honestly, is there any other way to catch something like that, or is it strictly something you pick up from a partner?

That’s about it. I had that same itchy, stinging sensation myself, but it cleared up pretty fast... As for how else it spreads besides sex, I honestly wouldn't know.
