Hate speech

I’m asking for a formal review of the hate speech warning I just got slapped with by your moderator Gregory Turner71. I don't know the exact post number off the top of my head, but you won't have any trouble digging it up—it was in the conspiracy theory thread over on the COVID subforum, somewhere between pages 230 and 233. My post wasn't hate speech; it was pure sarcasm. Personally, I’m all for holding the people responsible for this pandemic accountable, but through the legal system—always through the courts. I advocate for justice on plenty of other issues too, but I never call for armed insurrection or killing people (which you can easily verify if you look at my post history). I don't see that as a solution, and I'm interested in solutions that don't involve bloodshed. So, I think this warning is completely baseless and is nothing more than a targeted crackdown by a moderator I've had issues with for a while now. I’ve dealt with all kinds of mods and taken my fair share of warnings, but I've never experienced anything like this. When it comes to being objective, this mod is about as reliable as a screen door on a submarine... but whatever, you put him in charge and he's clearly there for a reason, so you can't exactly wash your hands of this one.

I only want one thing: either wipe this bogus warning from my record or just give me a permanent ban and kick me off the forum for good.

I’m looking for a response from someone who actually has the backbone of rustydrifter10. As for everyone else, and especially Gregory Turner71, I don't care what they have to say.

In response to that comment from some idiot making death threats against people, the reply was

They’ll back your version anyway; otherwise, they wouldn't have picked you to be a mod in the first place to support your total lack of objectivity. Maybe the admins should actually bother reading the article. Then they might finally get my sarcasm regarding that sniper who spent days scouting an epidemiologist only to end up wandering off into the woods.

Besides, I don't even know where you call home—but in America, we don't make "criminal" our catchphrase; we celebrate heroes. You could honestly go dig through the old message boards on some random forum; just yesterday I was posting about "dropping a bomb" on that whole circus surrounding Eurovision, basically telling people to kick that gang out of the competition. I bet if you were looking for a reason, you’d twist my words, take them completely out of context, and try to brand me a terrorist planning an attack on the show. If you had actually bothered to follow the threads on the pandemic stuff, you probably would've found more to nitpick, but you can't exactly predict that I'm going to argue for the legal system being the only way forward. I'm against murder, I'm against violent protests, and yeah, I'm against hate speech, censorship, and one-party thinking too. None of that shit leads to anything good. In my book, the courtroom is where things get settled—even when we're talking about crimes against humanity.

You didn't say a word when I asked the admins to look into that guy europe2soul—or whatever his handle is—denying the Nuremberg Code. You seem to be totally on board with his idea that the COVID vaccine isn't an experimental drug. But let’s get real: Pfizer, the manufacturer, and even the FDA!!!! all state right on their own websites that this is an experimental vaccine. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is absolutely NOT the same thing as full approval. It’s conditional authorization, plain and simple. This isn't some new phenomenon either; these vaccines aren't the first drugs in history to get rushed through via emergency protocols. There is a massive distinction there, and ignoring it is dangerous. Because these are experimental, they fall squarely under the Nuremberg Code. We have to follow the established protocols, and once the lawsuits start rolling in, that's exactly what's going to prove it.

So you managed to dig through the archives to find my post where I called out some guy for lying through his teeth? Real impressive. You took that one specific moment out of context just to slap me with 45 points and a four-month penalty. It’s pretty obvious what you're doing here—just building a paper trail so you can toss me into the trash whenever you feel like it. Honestly, I had to laugh at how calculated and shady that move was. To be clear: I don't give a damn about the points. But let’s get one thing straight: I'm not putting up with these pathetic insinuations that I'm spreading hate speech. This isn't even about the score anymore. I don't accept the point deduction, I don't accept the yellow card, and I sure as hell don't accept any threats about being kicked off this forum. Cut the crap.

It’s pretty simple, really. If I were looking to just shut up and take a lighter sentence, I’d have to admit to being some kind of hate speech peddler—and there is absolutely no way I’m doing that. I don't play ball with Nazis, I don't recognize their "system," and I sure as hell don't buy into official narratives. Not even when they come straight from the Department of Health, which, if you ask me, is pushing ideas that fly in the face of basic human decency and lean straight into totalitarianism.

It’s up to the admins now—you can hide behind them if you want and watch my little stunt unfold from the sidelines. This whole thing is a personal victory for me because it proves I won't bow down to totalitarian bullying. It also shows exactly what kind of ideas this forum actually tolerates (admins, feel free to set me straight if I'm wrong :D)

One more thing—a quick word to the admins: I’m not letting you guys wash your hands of this. Not this time. I am absolutely livid and I'm not backing down. There's zero room for compromise when it comes to totalitarianism or blackmail. Those are the exact anti-fascist stances you all love to brag about, but the second things get real, you vanish. You just follow whatever narrative is handed to you, and in the process, humanity and objectivity are the first things to die. In plain English: if you don't make a ruling the second my ban expires, I'm coming right back at you...

So, we might as well settle this now. We all know how this ends anyway......

Hey bubi, I’m about to get my perm, but you already know that or you'll find out soon enough. Anyway, I'm taking this chance to reply to your post over at the chat room—yeah, Mexico looks just like some trashy pop act on steroids, kind of like Shakira performing at a tacky riverboat club—uninspired, outdated, God help us... just like 99% of the songs I've seen from Eurovision....

One thing actually caught me off guard in a good way: the Italians absolutely crushed it. People there just have a solid song and an energetic performance—they don't need the costumes or the heavy choreography.... They are in a league of their own, and honestly, I don't even get why they bother participating in this event which is basically pure kitsch and geopolitical porn (I've had enough seeing the Russians, who are forced into the finals but aren't allowed to win—regardless of how much the song sucks, and let's face it, it's a living nightmare—man, I love Brussels :))

Out of all this garbage, I'd highlight the Lithuanians, who actually had an original take on the whole "copy/paste" vibe. They're the only ones I'll remember for more than five seconds; not exactly my style, but it felt like a complete package....

I also checked out our local disaster—her performance looked like half her family had died right before she stepped out. No energy, no grit, zero expression. The choreographers totally ruined her, and with that outfit, she wouldn't even make it into a decent dive bar club—she looks like Tim Cook in that Koolind sketch, just missing the sword....

Obviously, the song didn't click for me, but I have to admit, if it had come out with that version (what the ignorant liberals call "vintage" nowadays) that smells like the late '30s or early '40s bossa nova/jazz, it would have left a much better impression. Even that red outfit had some weight to it, and the song sounds twenty times better that way.... And if it had come out in a raw, indie-pop/dance style, it would've been better; hell, if she had walked out naked and slammed into the mic, she still would've made a bigger impact—at least we would've heard her in the crowd and on TV....:)

So yeah, that's it. I'm sure Larry Allen34 would be happy with my analysis even if he 100% disagreed with me :)
