Having trouble logging in?

I really need some help here, I'm totally lost...
A few days ago, I was trying to log into the forum on my phone when my connection just died—the window closed out of nowhere—and since then, I haven't been able to get back in.
I keep getting an error saying my username or password is wrong, and that I've hit my login attempt limit, so I have to wait 15 minutes. It’s the same loop every single time I try from my phone, even though everything works fine on my PC. To make things weirder, I got an email alert saying someone was trying to log into my account from this specific IP address. (Does anyone know how I can check what the IP address is for my iPhone 4?)
I already emailed the forum admin, but I haven't heard anything back. I'm a total newbie at this, but is it possible the forum blocked my IP? I'm wondering because I asked a friend to try logging in using my phone, and she couldn't do it either—same exact message about the wrong credentials...

It’s nothing new—you mess up your password or username a few times and the system just locks you out for 15 minutes, then hits you with that annoying email notification.
That happened to me just the other day too, though I wasn't even using my phone when it went down.
Just try requesting a password reset...

It’s possible there was just some weird glitch within the Reddit app itself, you know, if that's what you were using to log in.

Mobile browsing is driving me nuts lately. I don't have Reddit on my phone—just because I don't want it, honestly—but I've been dealing with this annoying bug for months now. The quick reply button just won't show up. Every single time, I have to hunt down the "post reply" button, which makes scrolling through threads on my phone feel like a chore. It really kills the flow.

Any advice?

so I just installed Opera, and now I can log in without any issues 🙂🙂🙂

I log in, everything seems fine, but then the second I click over to a new page, I’m suddenly logged out again—and it just keeps happening. It's honestly ridiculous... I can't even stay signed into this forum for a single minute before it kicks me back to the start! 😕

Maybe try clearing out your cookies first, then just give it another shot and log back in.
Or honestly, you could just try using a different browser altogether to see if that fixes it.
