Is there any way to actually deactivate my profile on this site? I’ve been hunting for the setting like an idiot for days now and am coming up totally empty—also, is there any way to scrub my old posts from the board? 🙂🙂

I don't think there's actually an option to delete your profile. You can edit or remove a post for a little while—just a short window—but after that, you lose the ability to do either.

User accounts are NOT deleted upon request

And generally speaking, posts are never deleted either. If you're looking to have a single specific post removed, your best bet is to reach out to the moderators of the subforum where it's located.

Plus, they totally have the right to say no. And even if they do pull a post down, someone might have already quoted it, so it basically stays alive anyway..
