Trouble logging into Yahoo Mail?

I’ve got a Yahoo email account I haven't touched in ages, and I'm trying to get back into it. The catch is that when I try to log in, it asks for a verification code sent to my phone. The issue is, that's an old number I don't use anymore.
Does anyone know how I can regain access to this email?
