Help with Forbidden!

Hi there. I could use some help here.
I'm trying to submit a job application through their online portal, but I keep getting hit with this error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Any idea what I should do? I’d appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks.
