HELP!!!

Hey everyone, I really need some advice regarding a problem with my testicle...

Basically, my left one feels hard as a rock—it’s about 20-30% larger than the right side. It doesn't hurt when I squeeze it, but there's this intense internal pressure, almost like it's going to explode...

I'm 30 years old.

By the way, I tried heading to my doctor today, but she's out on vacation this week. I didn't want to see the covering physician because the waiting room was absolutely packed...

Man, you need to get to a urologist right this second—seriously, don't wait around because of some scheduling delay or the fact that it's the weekend. My son ended up losing a testicle because we waited too long, and I’m telling you, this is life-altering stuff. Just head straight to the ER.

Look, his testicle has twisted—it’s swollen up and won't go back into place—and if the blood supply gets cut off, that tissue starts dying incredibly fast. You really need to get him to an ER right away so they can figure out exactly what's going on. I'm not saying it's definitely torsion, but... I mean, I'm trying to tell you this is serious business, so please, don't just sit around waiting.
