How to hardcode subtitles into a video file?

Got a 700 MB movie file and the subtitles to go with it.
What's the best software to mux these two together WITHOUT re-encoding the video? I need the resolution, bitrate, everything to stay exactly the same.

I'm burning this for a Blu-ray Player, by the way.

When you go to burn it to a disc... you need to make sure they have matching names. For example, if you have I Am Legend (the movie) and I Am Legend.srt (the subtitle), then the player will automatically pull up the subtitles. Basically, the filename of the movie and the filename of the subtitle must be the same, just adding .srt at the end.
