How to slow down the aging process?

A friend of mine is working on a term paper about the aging process and how to actually slow it down from a cosmetic standpoint. If anyone knows a decent site or some solid resources covering this, I'd really appreciate it if you could drop a link here

I'm honestly not quite sure what qualifies as a "cosmetic approach" (maybe this, or this 🤣).

(On a slightly) more serious note: if someone manages to avoid the pitfalls of eating disorders, they might actually have a shot at living a longer 😉life.
