Intel vs AMD

i5-4460 plus motherboard equals $633
AMD
FX-8300 plus motherboard and cooler equals $632
What do you guys think? 😵 Is AMD still the better bet for gaming?

Honestly, I’ve done just about everything there is to do with Intel. Even on my old G1840, I can run Bandicam to record Grid Autosport without any lag or stuttering. I do all sorts of stuff with this Intel dual-core. But man, I really want to give an AMD processor a shot. Intel is a proven thing—it’s never let me down. AMD is... well, I don't really know what to expect.

Maybe take these kinds of threads to other forums since they're pretty childish and don't really make much sense.
