Canadians need to eat too. Thanks to that kid, there’s plenty of cash flowing through the Gulf Coast.

If the brand I'm buying actually offers local service here, then

Everything showed up, everything’s accounted for, and nothing's broken.
They tossed the CPU, RAM, and SSD into one smaller box. It was such an overkill on the bubble wrap and plastic layers that I could barely even get into it...
The case and motherboard came in a separate package.
All the gear is still in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
The invoices are in English and Canadian, and the warranties are in Canadian too. Doesn't really bother me though.
Overseas gave me a bit of a headache since they sent a delivery notice on Friday, but the stuff didn't actually show up until Monday.
Anyway, so far so good.
I'll check back once I see if this thing actually boots up.

Got both rigs built, they're running smooth as hell...
If I'm feeling it later, I might drop some pics.

Come on, man, send those pics over. I’m thinking about grabbing an NZXT S340 Elite case from them since they’re way cheaper than everywhere else, but I’m second-guessing it because the reviews I've seen aren't exactly great...

They aren't going to ship you a literal brick; they're running a business after all. 😁
You can judge whether a shop is actually reliable by looking at their return policy and how they handle more complex issues—like processing refunds or being flexible with customers—rather than just whether they managed to get an order out the door.

Since a case isn't some delicate electronic component that could fail or arrive dead on arrival, you really don't have anything to worry about.

Finally here, and it actually showed up a day earlier than promised. Nothing was ripped or damaged during shipping, so I'm pretty stoked

😵I just received a phone that came bundled with some cheap charger straight from China, which is honestly baffling—you don't even see that kind of oversight when you order directly from manufacturers over in China. I've already fired off three separate emails to their customer support, but much like shouting into a void in the middle of the Mojave Desert, I am met with nothing but total silence.😵

Apple totally screwed me over... I ordered two items, and their confirmation email explicitly stated they'd be shipped out the very next day. Fast forward ten days, I finally reach out to them, only to get some incredibly condescending response claiming the order was never even processed for shipping in the first place. Now? They’re just ghosting me—completely ignoring any follow-up questions I send. All I've got to show for this is a massive headache... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM😠

Just like most people here, I grabbed my device from them simply because they had the lowest price tag.
Honestly, I wouldn’t touch them again, and I definitely can't recommend them to anyone.

I’ve bought stuff hundreds of times from sellers in China, the UK, Canada, and yeah, right here in the US. Usually, if something goes wrong, you get a refund or an exchange without much drama—sellers actually act right and follow the law. But when it comes to an iPhone, that whole "customer is king" thing? Total myth.

Basically, when my device arrived back in early 2021, it was a total dud. We had a written agreement that they’d give me a full refund once they received the unit back in Canada—sent in the exact same original packaging I got it in. Well, once they actually got it, they suddenly changed their tune. They started claiming there was a "misunderstanding" and said they'd "fix it" later (as if they hadn't already put in writing that I'd get my money back per their own terms for a DOA unit). Then the games began. They started hiding behind EU regulations and I spent weeks waiting for an agent to reply via some terrible Google Translate mess in English that they just ignored.

Fast forward seven months, and they finally sent out a replacement that actually works. But there is zero chance I’m risking those warranty scams again just to save a few bucks. Seriously, this is hands down the worst online shop ever. DO NOT USE THEM unless you're incredibly lonely and actually enjoy spending months arguing over a basic warranty claim. 🙂
