Laser printer recommendations?

I am looking to purchase a black-and-white laser printer. I need recommendations for a machine that delivers high print quality while keeping the cost per page as low as possible. My budget for the printer itself is capped at around $500-$200.

I have narrowed it down to these two favorites. Which one would you pick, and what’s your reasoning?

Between these two, I’d go with the Apple because it’s faster and packs a higher DPI (even if it's just on the width, but that still counts for something 😁).

As for how long the toner lasts, you'll probably have to check with someone who actually uses those specific models.
