Hannah Sanders78 said:I need a solid OB-GYN who takes Medicare.
I always go to private clinics, so I have zero clue where to even start looking for general practitioners.
Basically, I had a miscarriage recently, and I don't want anyone messing things up when I get pregnant again. I'll need to head straight to the maternity ward for monitoring immediately.
HELP

Emily Peterson15 said:Can anyone recommend a good gynecologist or dermatologist?

I have an amazing OB-GYN over in Siget, Dr. Kos, but her office is always packed. Still, it’s worth calling because apparently, there's some doctor rotation happening right now... (every attempt feels like a coin toss).

My dermatologist was also fantastic, but she only works privately and I honestly can't remember if she's retired yet since it's been ages. Her name is Rajna Kukec Culjak, located near Central Park at number 3.

Hey everyone...
First off, if any of you ladies are hunting for a good OB-GYN, I’d definitely suggest checking out Dr. Martin Žigmund over at the Borovje Health Center. She’s super sweet and patient, really gentle too, and honestly, her nurse is just as great. The clinic itself is pretty new, so it doesn't feel crowded and you don't have to deal with insane wait times.
On another note, I could really use some solid recommendations for a GP in the San Jose area or somewhere nearby! Thanks a bunch

Hello there
I wish you all nothing but the very best
Does anyone happen to know who might be able to help with facial skin concerns?
I am wondering if it is actually possible to smooth out certain indentations and scars, though I suppose I am just not quite sure where to begin my search..

Hey there, does anyone happen to have any recommendations for a good general practitioner or a gynecologist over in the Dubrava area?

Hey there!
Thinking about switching over to the Student Health Center near Siget, so I'm looking for a solid GP recommendation so I don't end up totally guessing. Hopefully someone here goes there! Thanks! 🙂

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good gastroenterologist out in California or the Pacific Northwest? I’m having a hard time finding much online; I didn't turn up anything useful in San Francisco, just a few options near Seattle... Honestly, without any specific leads, I’d probably just head over to Medica in Seattle. It’s not even about the doctors specifically—since I don't know them—it's more that my mom was happy with their service back in the day. 🤷

She’s excellent. She doesn't take Medicare, so everything is strictly private pay. My mother had a 12-unit upper bridge done by her about a year ago, and she couldn't be happier—both the aesthetics and the functionality are spot on. I’ve also had a few fillings done there myself and had a similarly positive experience.
From what I gather, her father and sister are both dentists practicing in Germany, and she frequently travels over there to attend various seminars.

Would anyone be so kind as to offer their most heartfelt recommendations for a wonderful general practitioner and a reliable gynecologist covered by Medicare here in Savannah? Having recently relocated to the area, I am quite eager to establish care with someone truly exceptional!
I would be so incredibly grateful for any suggestions you might have.

Thank you all ever so much!

In Seattle, Dr. Ivan has a great reputation, though I haven't seen him myself. So, this isn't exactly firsthand experience...

thanks

One more thing, if you don't mind—I've never actually been to 🙂

Do I need a referral from my doctor, or can I just call them up and book an appointment over the phone?

You'll need a referral, and as for booking, I'm not sure. Your best bet is calling the hospital directly to ask.

God, can anyone recommend an eye doctor in the area? It’s my first time going, so I really want someone who actually knows what they're doing! thanks

Hi everyone, 🙂
I'm dealing with a difficult situation regarding my mother.
She’s 65 and had been relatively healthy until recently.
Back in September 2009, she was admitted to a pulmonary hospital because of fluid in her lungs, which they drained. Based on those initial findings, doctors suspected lung cancer, so she was sent to Jordan in Washington, D.C. There, they also drained the fluid and eventually told us her lungs were fine and that the issue actually stemmed from her thyroid. She was then transferred to Vineyard Hospital, where they biopsied two rice-grain-sized tumors on her thyroid. Her bone scans came back clear. By early December 2009, she was transitioned to home health care. But today, her condition is devastating; she has lost 16 pounds, refuses to eat, relies on IV fluids, and is taking morphine.

I remember seeing an advertisement in the newspaper a long time ago about full-body screenings and early disease detection. I would be so grateful if anyone could recommend a facility, a specialist, or even a private practitioner who could advise me. There is clearly a source of this illness, but we just don't know where it is. She isn't on any specific medication right now, but she gets worse every single day. We are waiting for a call to return to the hospital, but by the time they run all the necessary tests again......

Thank you,
Betty Ramirez4

I desperately need some help here!!
A friend of mine down in Miami has a child with autism who’s been stuck on a three-year waiting list just to get a simple dental procedure done under general anesthesia. There’s only one clinic in the area that handles this, and the backlog is absolutely insane. Does anyone know of a private practice that offers dental work under general anesthesia in Miami or even somewhere nearby? Honestly, I'm open to suggestions anywhere in the US or even over in Canada if it means getting this taken care of. Thanks so much in advance!!
