Unlike Paddington, who viewed this as a peaceful little town right up until the recent chaos, Tamburelo was a den of sin. A massive saloon, a casino, and the brothel run by Madam Nice—even the train station itself—gave this place its momentum. It acted as a magnet for every kind of opportunist, making life in Tamburelo sweet, though often short-lived. Sheriff Pangloss has already posted notices looking for deputies twice in the last month. (If you want in on this, step up)

Mr. The End, a local powerhouse who uses his crew to terrorize local ranchers into selling their land cheap, stood at the station waiting for the fast MAXYMA—perhaps the quickest gunslinger in these parts. The train was late, as usual, and Mr. The End was losing patience. He knew MAXYMA's services wouldn't come cheap, but he needed them for what he had planned. Especially after being turned down by Kimi, the most famous bounty hunter from this side of Ria Spa.

"Where the hell is that train!" The End muttered to himself, pacing the platform nervously.
"It’s only natural it's running late, boss..." Jamie Barnes15 tried to suck up to him.
"Natural? Nothing in this town is natural!!!" The End snapped.
"Probably that conductor Sean Smith5 got drunk again and forgot to shovel the coal," Franem remarked ironically.
"If that's actually the case, I want him taught a lesson!" The End barked.
"With pleasure, boss," Jamie Barnes15 replied.

Meanwhile, Sean Smith5 was casually tipping back a nearly empty bottle, letting the wind hit his face. His assistant, brightwolf48, pulled the whistle cord to signal their imminent arrival in Tamburelo. The shrill screech of steam echoed through the valley...

You totally missed the mark, Rain🤣
That guy wouldn't just fail at saying "With pleasure, boss"—he’d probably shoot himself or you five times before he even considered saying it just because he had to.😬
This is your first big blunder...🤣

Go ahead, keep messing around—as if I actually give a damn about analyzing your character! Ha!
Better watch where you're riding, lest some stray dog bites your horse and you end up breaking your neck... 😁 (look at that, just look... what a beautiful shot, I'll have to find a way to use this one)

I am convinced that Rain has been hypnotized—perhaps by some sort of spell—which would certainly explain his current behavior. When someone starts uttering incantations, everyone ends up paying the price.

You think he’s just trying to score with the boss's wife at The End, so he's acting all polite just to get close to her... then again, that might actually be the case.😁

Sheriff, go ahead and edit the post then. Swap Jamie Barnes15 in for Rain. It’s a shame—now I see that guy could be used way more effectively.

People are going crazy over the auditions:
They're looking for 2 deputy sheriffs in Tamburel and a few Apaches!

swifttiger75, just write whatever comes to mind first. Don't let these local small-timers influence your creative freedom or your storytelling spirit.

Vespasian and Sep as deputies...
An Apache would definitely be Bobsi—and not just an Apache, he'd be their whole damn leader.😁

As for me, I guess I'm already a converted Apache anyway...🤣

Listening to the sound of the train. Jason Campbell70 I drove my horse toward the tracks. It was a struggle over time—a real grind. The Mustang was huffing, gasping for its very last breath. In that window... Mazgoon He kept glancing over his shoulder, gauging whether he could get a clear shot at the trio. Once he decided they were in range, he yanked the reins twice to steady the horses, lashed them to the coach's frame, and scrambled up onto the roof. He started working the Winchester—aiming for the rear—but the shots were wild and scattered, mostly because the coach was bucking and jolting all over the place at a full gallop. Still, it was enough to make the three of them slow down, keeping a safe distance from the rifle's reach. Pila He managed to catch up to the train—using one last burst of energy, he lunged for a rail on one of the cars, smoothly swinging himself from his horse onto the moving carriage.

Man, forget it all for today—that’s what I thought as the train picked up speed and pulled away from everything.
Damn, he actually pulled it off! — he yelled. graniteharbor502
We'll find him soon enough. Tamburelo- he said. Way Slowing down the horse.

At that moment— Mazgoonov The carriage slammed right into a massive boulder and lost its front right wheel. From the sheer force of the impact— Mazgoon He collapsed onto the ground and just stayed there—completely motionless. The trio was closing in fast. shadowstag10 He dropped down, turning over. Mazgoon On my back.

"So that's the crazy mailman—what if he had actually opened fire on us?!" he asked. Way
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. pilin "Butter..." — he insisted. graniteharbor502
"Whatever—he'll explain himself once he's back to his senses," he said. shadowstag10
"Just toss him over his horse—we'll be at Tamburel by this evening," he said. Terry Carter2 shadowstag10

And just like that, the trio headed off toward... TambureloMeanwhile, the Apache have crossed over. Ria SpaUpon arriving at the camp, they greeted their leader—one of the most bloodthirsty Apaches out there. He was the chief. Megan Jones3.

It keeps going...

Haha, I don't know why, but I have a feeling this is going to be my last drunken binge ever. 😬

Anyway, everything deserves high praise. We definitely want more!! 👍 👍

Arrived at the canyon. Eau Rouge The gang decided to ditch the horses because getting them up to the pass was just impossible. It turned into this grueling climb—constant slipping, little rockslides everywhere, and the restless shifting of the horses. By the time the first few of them hit the summit, the posse had already reached the base of the mountain. Eau Rouge. Tyler Bennett5 He sat there quietly, pulling his Winchester from its case. He took two more slow, steady breaths to steady himself—aiming carefully—before the sudden crack of the shot echoed through the air. He hit it. asdfga He took it right in the back—he only managed to straighten himself up for a split second before tumbling down the slope, dragging a massive landslide of rocks along with him. The others returned fire, but the bullets just kicked up dust a few feet away from... Tyler Bennett5 Since he was out of reach for the Colts, he pulled off something similar with TBF—pretty much the same result. ruggedfox28He wasn't even trying to fire his double-barrel—he just stood there, stone-faced, relieving himself in a nearby bush to empty a full bladder. Tyler Bennett5 He just went through the motions again, firing his Winchester toward the top of the ridge with practiced precision. The bullet grazed just a millimeter above... alealeove They took his head—well, practically turned his hat to dust. Then the whole gang just vanished, disappearing into the canyon.

"One less!" he remarked. To be fair— Just scrolling through this lifeless stuff. asdfgovo body
Maybe there are two fewer—I guess. shadowhawk24 He fixed that one among the rocks—or so he guessed. Pakaneman buttoning my pants
"Let's get him some help," he said. Tyler Bennett5 Tucking my Winchester back into my holster—getting ready to mount up.
Just so I can get this kid loaded up—that's what he said. To be fair— Shifting the weight. asdfga Over the horses.
"We better get at least a dollar back for all this dust we've been swallowing," he added.
"What's that on your pants?!" he asked. Tyler Bennett5 ruggedfox28 Aiming for a few wet spots around the groin area.
Haha... he left a couple of drops for his pants! — he chuckled. To be fair— Mounting the horse.
"I'm not about to let this 'snake' dehydrate on me in this heat!" he justified himself. ruggedfox28Just trying to turn everything into a joke.

Then they were cut short by gunfire echoing from a nearby cliffside.

It keeps going...
