Hi everyone,
I’m running into a bit of a headache... πŸ€”
The issue is that Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 keeps freezing on me, and it's been a struggle since yesterday. πŸ‘Ž
It hangs right on the very last received email at the top of my list, leaving me completely stuckβ€”I can't read anything, delete anything, or even scroll through my inbox. 😡

This first cropped up yesterday morning, but I actually managed to work around it then. Since the problematic email wasn't sitting at the very top, I was able to select it along with the messages above and below it to delete all three at once. Now that it's the most recent entry, I'm effectively locked out.

Of course, I've already run several scans with Malwarebytes and Spybot, and everything came back clean. No viruses found.
Everything else seems to be running perfectly fineβ€”Firefox is working without a hitch (as you can see), and I'm running Windows 7.

I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have.

No one has jumped in yet, but honestly, it doesn't matterβ€”I managed to get it sorted out on my own. πŸ™‚
It turns out I just needed to boot Outlook in Safe Mode using this command: "outlook.exe /safe" πŸ™‚

I guess everyone was just offline during those two hours while you were troubleshooting.
Anyway, thanks for circling back to let us know what actually worked.
I don't personally use Outlook, but thanks on behalf of the users out there. This might save someone else some headache. πŸ™‚
