It’s always the same thing—you say this, the bros say that, the girls say the other... But honestly, if you want to know someone's actual SMV, just look at how people treat them in real life, especially the opposite sex, whether it's at a Starbucks, a local bar, or just within your own social and professional circles, and personally, I'm pretty happy with where I stand.
I'm not exactly some billionaire gigachad who gets worshiped instantly, but I definitely don't blend into the background like a total normie either.
At the end of the day, why do you think my boss—someone from a completely different world than mine—started checking me out? You really think it was just because I'm a hard worker? Yeah, right.
After everything went down, she actually dumped her long-term boyfriend, a guy from Texas who, by the way, absolutely MOGGED me with his height, not to mention his money and status.
It's not like that's going to happen to some random normie.
Richard Sanders7 said:From what I've seen, all those "alpha males" I know are, at best, mediocre when it comes to brains, and they're all out here obsessing over hunter eyes and masculine features. Then you look at the eyes of Euler, Gauss, Einstein, Ramanujan, Tesla... They're all asymmetrical, NCT, or just straight-up bug-eyed.
Facial aesthetics have zero correlation with intelligence. Intelligence is mostly about genetics, followed by how you nurture and train that potential (your brain).
By the way, most women don't actually have hunter eyes; they just use makeup to fake it. It's funny, I haven't seen a single woman try to use makeup to simulate negative CT.
Jose Rogers61 said:I actually downloaded a PDF textbook on facial aesthetics once. It's the kind of stuff orthodontists use. Not sure how useful that is when you're thinking about sex, though...
It's not smart because it totally warps your perception of what looks "normal" and ruins your expectations, so you'll find it hard to be attracted to anyone unless they're way out of your league.

It’s pretty obvious from the photos you keep posting that you wear contact lenses.

Honestly, though, I’m sitting here wondering if applying that level of clinical precision to the bedroom is even a smart move...
You’d be much better off downloading a textbook on female anatomy instead...

I didn't catch that at all. How can you tell? 🤔

The iris looks unnatural, and there’s this weird glare that plastic lenses just give off. Plus, let's be honest—it makes you look like a much bigger neurotic than you actually are.

I wear contacts myself, mostly because my vision is pretty bad. 🤷
Actually, I didn't really notice them giving off any kind of... vibe. 🤔

Exactly, those lenses create a glare, though I have no clue where Jesse Price saw any blue tint.
Maybe he should grab himself a pair just so he can actually see what's going on.

Soft lenses basically look like these ultra-thin, circular little rubber bands that just stick right to your eye.
Now you guys have me totally confused.
I'm gonna go take some photos of my eyes.

It really comes down to the quality of the material. He probably just picked up some cheap ones on Amazon. Tinted lenses and prescription lenses aren't exactly the same thing.
That said, I’d actually suggest going with glasses. Contacts can become a breeding ground for bacteria and are a frequent culprit behind eye infections.

Now you've actually got me feeling a bit confused.
I think I'm going to go grab a mirror and take some photos of my eyes.
It covers the whole face 👋

Jesse Price said:It really depends on what they're made of. I bet he just grabbed some cheap ones off Amazon. Tinted lenses and prescription ones are totally different things.
Anyway, I’d probably suggest getting glasses since lenses can be a total breeding ground for bacteria and cause infections.
I've been wearing contacts for 20 years now.
As long as you follow the rules, you're good. I swap mine out every 3 months at most. Just stay hygienic and there are no problems.
I tried glasses once, but they were always sliding off my face.
I even crushed a pair of designer frames that cost a fortune.
Glasses are more for the delicate types, not for tough girls like us from Canada.

Are you seriously gonna jump to my defense just because someone critiqued my jawline?? ☕

Kate Fox58 said:Are you actually going to stick up for me if someone starts critiquing my jawline?? ☕
Of course I am! 🙂 If anyone tries to mess with you, I'll give them enough den to make sure they can drive a tractor all the way out of town to get away from us. 🤣

I used to wear glasses, but they were always slipping off my face.
I even accidentally stepped on a pair once that cost a small fortune.
A massive storm in the Midwest took my last pair away from me. 🤣
Now I keep a few spare pairs on hand, just in case.
Kate Fox58 said:That’s for quiet ladies, not for tough girls from the South.
Since when does someone from the South use that accent? 🍿
#176 ·
Ah...
It’s a long story.
I’ve lived on the stretch between Sarajevo and Belgrade my whole life.
So I ended up mixing those two accents all the time.
I finally settled down here back in '94.
So, I guess that specific dialect is just part of how I write and talk now.

It's a long story, really...
I've lived on the stretch between Sarajevo and Belgrade my entire life.
So, I've spent plenty of time mixing those two pronunciations together.
I eventually settled down here back in '94.
Which means the standard American way of speaking has become pretty much second nature to me...
So, are you one of those Americans who can actually nail the tricky pronunciations, or are you one of the ones who just struggles with the basics?

Besides, I’d definitely suggest getting a new pair because old lenses can basically become a breeding ground for bacteria and end up causing infections.
Wait, so $100 lenses are considered "cheap" now? Well, if you're the expert, why don't you recommend a better brand then—ideally something that can survive a hurricane and glows in the dark.🙄
Kate Fox58 said:Are you seriously going to defend me when people are out here roasting my jawline?? :ka va:
He’ll play along and defend you, sure, but deep down he’s probably thinking the exact same thing the critics are.🤣

Mark Cruz15 said:Are you one of those guys from the Midwest who can actually pronounce certain sounds, or do you struggle with the tricky ones?
Back where I grew up, people can pronounce just about anything, though we definitely have a bit of a twang.
😁
Actually, if you ask me, they speak with a really clear, crisp accent.
No dragging out the words or skipping vowels, I guess.

Syl, I doubt he's going to defend me.
But I definitely trust my jawline. ☕
