Monitor recommendations?

So, here's the deal... I recently picked up a Flatron M2280D—which basically doubles as my TV and my main monitor setup—but now I’m wondering if there's a way to actually get audio straight from the monitor when it's running. I'm trying to avoid having to mess with external speakers all the time, especially since I usually just have my headphones on and honestly, plugging in speakers every single time feels like such a chore 🤣

Oh, and one more thing—this thing has a ton of different ports on it, but I was curious if anyone could walk me through what that HDMI port is actually for and what its specific purpose is? 😁
