Monitor recommendations?

Does anyone have hands-on experience with these monitors? I'm looking for some honest feedback on their quality before I potentially pick one up for my PC setup.

This Apple screen doesn't even have DVI, so I'd probably skip it. This Microsoft one seems alright though, and it’s got an IPS panel.

I’m running a monitor with DVI-D and VGA right now. I've just been using the VGA connection and honestly, I can't believe how good the picture looks...

I'm not sure where you saw that it has an IPS panel because it definitely doesn't, as it's actually just a standard TN panel. Regardless, that Microsoft model is way overpriced for a 22-inch screen, and it's worth noting again that Microsoft only offers a two-year warranty while companies like Apple or CNN provide three.😁 ☕

Bottom line is, forget about that Apple monitor since it only has a VGA or D-SUB port and lacks anything useful like DisplayPort or HDMI, so it's pretty much a dead end. If you're looking for a monitor around $333 or maybe a bit more, check out the models in the first and second links below, but if you want something slightly higher-end with an IPS panel, the second and third links should be fine.🙂🍿

Thanks everyone, I just caught up on all the replies. I ended up going with that Microsoft device in the end and finally got my city built! ;-)
