Hey everyone!!! So, I’m 20, and honestly, I’ve always been on the sturdier side—it never really bothered me before... but today, standing 5'11" and hitting 172 lbs, it’s starting to get to me. I just feel sluggish and bloated, plus let's be real, finding clothes that actually fit my size in stores is a total nightmare. I really want to slim down just to feel good in my own skin again...
I’m definitely not looking to try those extreme UN-style crash diets because they sound miserable and totally unhealthy at my age...
I’d love it if you guys could share what your eating habits were like or any personal stories about how you managed to drop the extra weight...
The truth is, if I don't get my act together and tone up now, I probably never will...
Thanks, guys!!!🙂🙂🙂

Let me lay it out for you exactly how I see it... I have lost count of how many times I’ve attempted to start a diet, only to tell myself, "I'll just start tomorrow" over and over again. But here is my personal strategy for when I actually get serious. In the mornings, I usually stick to two slices of toast with some sort of spread—maybe something sweet like Nutella or similar. My rule of thumb? If you’re craving something sugary, just eat it before noon. For lunch, just eat a normal meal, but try your best to cut out the bread. It’s definitely tough at first; you feel like something vital is missing from your plate, but after about a week, it starts to feel completely natural. Then, around 5:00 or 6:00 PM, I have a little snack. Personally, I’ll grab a small cookie that’s around 300 calories, or maybe a pastry, provided it isn't too calorie-dense. And that’s really it! I know, I know—the evening is the hardest part because the urge to snack is so strong, but you truly do get used to it. Most importantly, make sure you drink about 2 liters of water a day. That should be the easiest part of the whole process, right? Just keep a water bottle right next to you at all times. I make it a point to stick to this strictly during the school week, though I do allow myself a little more freedom on the weekends—just don't go overboard! By following this rhythm, I managed to drop about 5 to 7 pounds in just two or three weeks, even though I wasn't dieting strictly through the weekend. Honestly, it isn't that difficult. If you can just power through those first two days, the next three or four won't feel nearly as heavy. When you hit that wall and feel like giving up, just remind yourself: "If I eat this now, I'm just choosing to gain weight, when I actually have the power to lose it." Try to visualize yourself as the version of you that is already several pounds lighter. That's the secret to success! 🙂

Brandon Smith48 said:Look, here’s my take—I’ve tried dieting more times than I can count, usually just pushing it off until tomorrow. My routine goes like this... Breakfast is two slices of bread with some spread, maybe chocolate hazelnut stuff or whatever. If you need a sugar fix, just eat it before noon. Lunch is normal, though I try to cut out the bread. It feels weird at first, like something's missing, but after a week, it settles down. Then around 5 or 6 PM, I have a snack. Usually something like a 300-calorie cookie, or maybe a pastry if it isn't too heavy. That’s basically it. I know, resisting food in the evening is tough, but you get used to it. Most importantly, drink about 2 liters of water a day. That shouldn't be the hard part—just keep a water bottle with you. I stick to that pretty strictly during the school week, though I let myself slide a bit on the weekends. Not too much, though. I managed to drop maybe 5 or 6 pounds in a few weeks doing this, even with the weekend breaks. Honestly, it's not a huge deal if you can just push through those first two days; the next three or four aren't as bad. When you feel like giving in, just remember: you could eat this and gain weight, or you could skip it and lose weight. Just try to picture yourself a few pounds lighter. That's all there is to it. 🙂

This is a great way to lose everything that makes your body actually look like something. It doesn't matter how many pounds you drop; that number doesn't really mean anything.

You could weigh 200 pounds and look like this: http://manvsdebt.com/wp-content/uplo...t-1024x681.jpg
or weigh the exact same 200 pounds and look like this:

I used guys for the photos because they're easier to find, but it applies to women too.
Those hot women with the perfect curves and figures don't get that way by eating two slices of bread and a tiny yogurt a day—they eat what they need, when they need it.
And most importantly, they WORK OUT. Something women—and you, based on your post—don't seem to consider.
That's why you'll probably never be "hot," just average. In a few years, people will look at you and wonder if they'd pay $10,000 just to turn your head. Probably not.

Exercise and movement are everything. You want permanent weight loss? You can't skip that.

Check out what this one blog says about a successful way to drop pounds:

One guy mentioned is Friedrich Engels, the mind behind the "diet without sugar." It’s actually pretty low-effort and cheap, and according to tons of Americans, it really works.
Engels claims that if you stick to just three meals a day—meaning no snacking, no sweets, and no second helpings—you won't touch a single bite between those meals. No sugar, no repeats. You can eat whatever you want on Saturdays and Sundays, though. If you follow that, you could potentially drop up to 45 pounds in a year.
Sounds too good to be true, right? But plenty of people swear by it. Maybe it's worth a shot!

Some bombshell with a killer silhouette and great curves isn't surviving on two slices of bread and a tiny cup of yogurt a day to get that look—they eat what they need, when they need it,
and most importantly—THEY TRAIN. Something women—and clearly you, based on your posts—don't seem to grasp.
That’s why you’ll never be a knockout, just average; in a few years, guys will be looking at you thinking: "Would I turn my head if she offered me $10,000?" No.

hehehehhehe, you completely missed the point of your own post, since both links are identical.😁

Then again... if you look closer and assume you did that on purpose: 😂
