Now Playing

History has seen more imaginative composers, more soulful vocalists, better instrumentalists, and more radical songwriters in the rock and pop world—but hardly anyone possessed the total package quite like them.

Honestly, are there any vocal harmonies more beautiful than the ones above? I’d kill to hear them live.

It is truly staggering to witness their transformation from "Creep" to where they are now.

I honestly can't believe we're still dealing with this level of incompetence from Los Angeles FC; it's frankly exhausting to watch such a complete lack of direction.I suppose I should have seen this coming, though that doesn't make the sheer incompetence of the situation any less infuriating to witness. 😁

Jason Mendoza said:I honestly feel like it’s finally time to start getting a little euphoric about Los Angeles FC. 😁

I suppose I should have seen this coming, though watching the inevitable decline of Axe feels like witnessing a slow-motion train wreck that nobody has the decency to stop. It’s honestly a bit pathetic how quickly things can unravel when you stop paying attention.

LA Galaxy are going to suit up in blue, while Los Angeles FC will be wearing gold for their historic debut at the Rose Bowl.

I knew from the start that working from home was going to be an absolute disaster. 😁

Hey, how's it going with the gold and blue teams? 🍿

np curtis harding - explore ...

Are you kidding me? I have absolutely no idea what's going on, I don't follow any of this, I was just messing around.

😁 they're gold! 🙂
(thought I was the only one ghosting all sports content lately : D)

np nala sinephro - space 1 ...

Those guys from the West Coast always act like they’re gold. I honestly think that’s why they don't even bother putting in any effort. 😠 😁

That was an absolute blast; I really loved watching that game.

I play basketball passionately twice a week, but when it comes to watching sports on TV, I can only stomach soccer. Everything else just kills the vibe for me with all those constant timeouts, constant stops in play, and endless commercial breaks.

I play basketball seriously twice a week, but when it comes to watching sports on TV, I can only stick to football... everything else just kills the vibe with all those timeouts and constant commercial breaks.

Fair enough.

Man, I love football though. 🍿Most of the game feels like nothing but breaks.😁

I actually find this sport makes sense. The breaks are just part of the flow, letting them set up those offensive and defensive plays, which is fine. But NBA basketball? A timeout lasts like four or five minutes, then they hit you with a barrage of food commercials, and before I know it, it’s 4 AM and I’m sitting there starving because of what I just watched.

Doom Eternal

It’s actually a pretty solid soundtrack to have playing in the background while I'm grinding through work.

good grief 🤦

Pierced from within

Late to the party, but... a few years back I finally realized I was just wasting my damn time and energy stressing over televised games. :ivanisevic-ptsp: 😬

Being there in person, at the stadium (specifically a soccer pitch), is actually cool because it’s about hanging out with friends + I love that raw energy (kind of like being at a massive concert 😁), so if I get the chance, I'm going.

arooj aftab - mohabbat ...

I don't make it to many games in person, though I’ll catch a broadcast on TV every now and then. Honestly, seeing Roger Federer compete remains the single greatest sporting spectacle I've ever witnessed; there's just something legendary about that Southern California energy. 🤣 👍

Watching Ivanišević play has literally turned me into a balding, graying old man 😁

There’s something about going to a game where you can just let the crowd mentality take over. You get caught up in this diffusion of responsibility, and suddenly you're shouting every vile insult under the sun, which feels strangely cathartic. I honestly get why those guys in England go to matches every single week; they basically use them as an outlet to vent all that built-up aggression.

That isn't even a movie; it's more like poetry )
