So, back where I grew up, we actually have these two different monuments dedicated to seagulls. One is this grand tribute to the revolution, featuring seagull wings 😳, while the other serves as a revolutionary monument honoring our legendary eternal emperor and seagull, Shim Lafer. 🙄

And honestly, it’s just one endless headache after another! %&@**%#! 😁

Yeah, I somehow managed to make it up to the embankment.
For the first ten minutes or so, you couldn't tell if the main act was the rain or the band. 😁It was absolutely pouring, and the thunder was relentless...
Things finally settled down after a while. It turned into a really laid-back, stripped-back set. The crowd wasn't huge, but you could tell everyone was just hungry for some live music. 🙂

So you're heading out of town soon too... excited to see the seagulls? 😁

If I remember correctly, those wings were positioned at one really significant spot in Podgora. I have this foggy memory of the church having this massive bell tower right there too, almost like it was standing in direct opposition to the wings.

Exactly! And now my friends who are usually scattered all over the States are finally heading down my way so we can actually hang out, and hopefully Mom will whip up something decent for us to eat. 😁
