How do I actually get rid of this stuff... my hair is constantly greasy and flaky, it’s a mess. I’ve tried everything from Nivea and Vichy to Neutrogena T-Gel and Bioderma, but nothing seems to touch it.

If you've cycled through all those and still aren't seeing results, honestly, just go see a GP. Have them write you a script for a real medicated lotion.

I seem to be developing this persistent cough from all the cigarette smoke—which is strange, because I don’t even smoke!
Have you been spending a lot of time in smoky environments lately? Or perhaps it’s just stress? Fatigue? Maybe it's something in my diet?

If you've been dealing with this for a long time, maybe try getting some ketoconazole at a local CVS. Personally, I solved my husband's issue by making my own ginger shampoo at home. And look, I know people talk about those "miracle" shampoos that promise to fix everything forever—honestly, that’s just a fantasy. At least, that's how it's worked for me. When my husband uses my homemade stuff, his dandruff stays away. But if he gets lazy and just grabs whatever random brand is sitting on the shelf, the flakes come right back.
